Amazing service! The house keeping staff are very friendly and do an amazing job to keep the rooms fresh for those evenings when you come back exhausted after a busy day. Always my first choice whenever I come to Santo.

The housekeeping at The Espiritu Hotel is simply flawless. My room was spotless every day-tidy ,fresh , and not a single spot left unclean . Towels were always changed and perfectly clean , and my bed was consistently neat and inviting. Room service stunning in the way everything was presented , adding a touch of care and professionalism. The staff themselves are so friendly , alive , and lovely , which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Truly one of the cleanest and most welcoming hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

We loved our stay here at the Espiritu! Staff are all so friendly and helpful. The venue is amazing, great pool too! Our room was comfortable, clean and has great aircon. Location was also great, central to the islands best waterfalls and beach’s, and located on the main shop strip so easy access to cafes and shops, we were facing the main road and had no issue with noise either!

Absolutely amazing, the rooms have great air conditioning. Being right near all amenities including groceries. You can book your day tours here or have a dip in the pool. The best part by far is the friendly staff! So accommodating and friendly. Pool is also top notch!

I loved the staff they were very friendly and helpful!! The common areas are nice as well as the restaurant. They arranged an early morning lunch for me to take with me on the one of my tours. The food was really good. I was also able to hire a car when I arrived for one day which was convenient.

The room I was in was a bit basic and not super clean - I wouldn’t say it’s worth the price. I asked for sheets to be changed as there was a lot of hair and some dirt in it. When changed again it still had quite bit of hair it. There was noise/banging (construction of some sort) coming from the room next to/above me that was a bit annoying.

It's just so grateful and the food was perfectly so nice. Thank you for everything .Outstanding service and thanks to all the chef for the nice meal and thanks to the staff for being so nice and good service

Stayed here during a week diving trip. Most convenient place to stay if you are diving with Pacific Dive as they are located in the same building.
Located in the centre of town with easy walk to ATMs, shops and a number of restaurants, and 10 min drive to the Coolidge and Million Dollar Point dive sites.
Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Has a restaurant for all meals. We had breakfast and lunch there each day and some dinners as well. Food is good.
Staff and service were excellent.
Would stay here again.

Last minute booking due to Air Vanuatu flight changes. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The restaurant staff were very friendly and the food was good. Included breakfast was excellent with a choice of meal alongside tea/coffee and fresh juice. Close to the airport and conveniently located in town.

Liked the food very much. Like the people here very kind and I like the view of the pool. I like how they served our food, very respectful

Nice location, you can stop taxi and bus just in front of the hotel and there is an atm in the corner and supermarket called dmart one block away. Rooms are very clean, bathrooms aswell. It’s quiet and nice atmosphere. But highlight for this hotel is staff and restaurant. Staff are really kind and helpful about everything. Also restaurant won’t disappoint you. Every dishes that you will try will be delicious. Special thanks to Mr Gaetan, Mr Francisco and Mrs Mainalyle. Thank you so much for what have you done for us.

If you’re visiting Santo, you won’t be disappointed with your stay at The Espiritu. The place feels authentic, the rooms are spacious, but the two real highlights of this hotel are the restaurant and the staff.

We were blown away by every single dish and the service was impeccable, with the team always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Special thanks to Gaetan, Mainalyle, Francisco and Barry who took amazing care of us throughout our stay. Gaetan helped us organize all our activities with incredible attention to detail. The whole team is warm, professional, and genuinely kind.

The "Tú" as is refered to, was a great experience. The staff service, kidness and attention to detail went over my expectations. The food was pretty good and the beds really comfy. Next time in Santo I will definitely book again.
