A wonderful school holiday at Gold Coast.
Pros:

The location and underground parking were very convenient. The apartment has everything for our stay of 2 people. It was a nice sofa bed for my granddaughter to sleep in the living room. It was also an additional bonus that the TV was available in the bedroom which I could watch after she went to bed. Apartment had games for kids and there were swimming/beach toys for kids to borrow from the reception. The hosts were wonderful. Heated pool and spa were nice for swims in the late afternoon/evening after return from the amusement parks. It is a short work to the beach area and kid's playground. It is about 25-40 minutes drive to different amusement parks. I would stay in this apartment again.

Cons:

The stairs from the garage to the apartment to carry things. You could hear a bit noise from the neighboring and above apartments. TV reception quality was not great. However, these were minor things and didn't prevent our enjoyment of the apartment.

The big water heating tank was located inside wardrobe at bedroom, lamps in bedroom very old, drawers inside wardrobe had been locked. Corrodes inside cupboards, , balcony door was rusty& couldn't open.

Cons:

Check in was the worst experience i have ever been through , they made me give them 3 credit cards 2 drivers licences and even made me take photos of myself outside the hotel while standing out in the cold for 45min .

Convenient, affordable, well located, but not a good night's sleep.
Pros:

It was good value for money considering it was a one bedroom apartment, not just a studio. I prefer walk-ups to avoid having to use lifts so this was good. The undercover security parking was very good and clean. The manager (?) working in the office was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I feel the bed needs replacing. I woke up with severe back pain, which I never get. This was the second consecutive gold coast accommodation with old beds - which made me question how much you need to pay to have a good nights sleep.

Pros:

I loved everything about my stay! The location is perfect: just 5 minutes from the beach, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and Oasis Shopping Centre, where you can buy all your groceries, and only 4 minutes from the bus and tram stop. It was easy to get everywhere I needed to go, from Bond University, where I worked, to the wildlife sanctuary and Sea World. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help. The apartment was cleaned weekly (I stayed for 5 weeks) and had a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, so it truly felt like a home away from home. Many thanks to the team — I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

There are construction works nearby so there was a bit of noise but only during working hours.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Fantastic location - easy access to Pacific Fair, the light rail, plenty of places to eat, and the beach!
The room itself was well appointed, with plenty of cooking utensils. The staff were super friendly and helpful - they went above and beyond to accommodate us!
