The apartment does not have air conditioner... We didn't check it when booking because we were sure it would have a/c... We could not sleep well, even with all windows open. And open windows means excessive traffic noise from 5am... Four nights like this for almost $300 per night - very bad experience. We'll never book this accoomodation again.

Fabulous, we will be back.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, right on the beach with views from our apartment balcony. We had apartment 13 on the 5th floor and could clearly see the beach in both directions. The pool area was brilliant, on the beach side was away from the road, so felt private. The apartment was very well appointed, beds comfy. Bathrooms have been refreshed so had a modern clean feel. Others have mentioned the parking garage being super awkward but we had no issue in our mid size suv. We’ve stayed any many other apartments in the area, this is not the cheapest but I’ve will definitely be back.

Cons:

The apartment only had one ac unit in the living area, the bedrooms had ceiling fans that were quiet and worked well but could really do with a clean.

Location is fabulous, views from our room were amazing. Staff extremely helpful and very friendly.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like, my only possible comment is that the bathroom are starting to look a little dated and in need of refurbishment but in saying that it was very clean and comfortable.

Apartment 15 needs a refresh on some things then the cost would be justifiable.
Pros:

The location is perfect.

Is a tired apartment
No aircon ( during summer this is not good)
Blinds in main bedroom shows mould
Ensuite was recently renovated
Doors / Cabinets are old and chipped - replacement would be good .
The kitchen opening draws and cupboards gave an old off smell .

Found the perfect spot for a week in Mooloolaba
Pros:

Gorgeous views of beach and sea from front balcony and the canals from kitchen and bedrooms. Amazing access to beach and the wharf. Also to main strip of Mooloolaba.

Great location in a spacious apartment
