The location is exceptionable, it is a privilege to stay there.
We were in a standard double bedroom and had problems with the bedside plug/ lighting, and the bathroom feels tired.
We loved the location of this hotel, which was perfect for us to visit the Alhambra Palaces. Stunning views and a very special place.
The only thing that let it down was the service in the restaurant. The 2 male waiters were not very attentive; at dinner the waiter actually sighed when we asked for a drink and complained that 5 mins earlier we hadn’t wanted anything. At breakfast, we struggled to get their attention and then felt they really didn’t want to be bothered to serve us. Their customer service, or lack of it, let down this beautiful location. Such a shame and we all felt that the 2 waiters really didn’t enjoy their jobs.
Awesome location, great updated facilities, amazing outdoors cafeteria/restaurant. Location is key for people with mobility restrictions if wanting to visit the Alhambra.
A bit pricey for what was offered.
The location was amazing and gardens were beautiful.
The staff was not that responsive. Our room had no working TV, lights in the closet didn’t work, shelves in the bathroom falling off.. However some great recommendations for restaurants. The stay I. The Alhambra made it worthwhile if you want to be IN the actual Alhambra, but I would not recommend a long stay.
Hermoso lugar.
Great location & beautiful architecture
All good except shower didn’t work in the morning for a while
In thegrounds of The Alhambra
No Pool
Great location, nice view from the restaurant, friendly staff

Room refreshment were not to standard expected Ie only 2 teabags on arrival and powdered milk! Not ever come across that before
