Sijainti oli todella hyvä. Ruokapaikat ja Funchalin kaupunki sopivan lähellä. Uima-allasosasto oli viihtyisä ja tarpeeksi tilava. Mukavasti aurinkotuoleja.
Huoneen ilmastointi ei ollut paras mahdollinen. Huoneeseen saavuttaessa aulassa maakellarin/homeen haju oli epämiellyttävä. Parivuoteena toivoisi olevan yksi leveä vuode eikä kaksi erillistä vuodetta.

Pequeno almoço e Jantar com poucas opções, não havia variedade e algumas opções do pequeno almoço notava-se que não eram frescas. Não havia reposição imediata da comida, pelo que por diversas vezes tínhamos de esperar por mais comida.
Houve um dia que estávamos no quarto à tarde e do nada entrou uma funcionária pelo quarto. Num outro dia tivemos de ir à rececção pedir toalhas, porque a funcionária de limpeza não forneceu aquando a limpeza do quarto.
Muito mau para um hotel de 4 estrelas.

La zona de la piscina es increible y el hotel en general está bien. El buffet también muy rico. La zona del hotel perfecta y se puede aparcar facilmente.
Los baños le falta limpieza en general. No cambian las toallas a diario. Para mi lo peor los baños y la limpieza en general para ser un 4 estrellas. Es cierto que venimos de España y todo es diferente.
Las instalaciones son viejas y se ve muy descuidado. No vimos nada “sucio” pero no te daba la sensación de limpio .

Localização boa, perto do centro do Funchal e de Câmara de Lobos. O pequeno almoço era bom e tinha alguma variabilidade. O quarto era espaçoso e limpo, a cama era muito confortável.
O estacionamento é muito limitado. Na maioria dos dias tivemos de deixar o carro na rua principal, onde é raro haver lugar de estacionamento. Isto obriga a estacionar em lugares indevidos e sujeitos a apanhar uma multa de estacionamento, se quisermos ficar minimamente perto do hotel.
