Cons:

The entire hotel is in need of renovation. It is old fashioned and worn out. The bathroom consists of a tiny bathtub not large enough for the average adult, the shower hose and shower head leaked all over. The towels were very thin and small, the shower curtain had loose threads and the bath products were of the lowest quality. The mini bar was empty and we were unable to have any refills upon a late arrival. The spa was closed for the duration of our stay. The showers at the pool were unusable.

A receção e o restaurante eram impecáveis. Boa variedade de comida e os funcionários eram sempre muito prestáveis e atenciosos.

Cons:

Só existiam 2 elevadores para um hotel de 11 andares. Isto significa que na hora do pequeno almoço chegámos a esperar 10minutos para conseguir chegar ao rés do chão para tomar o pequeno almoço, considerando que estávamos no 9º andar.
Para um hotel de 4estrelas, esperava um quarto e uma casa de banho muito melhores.
A casa de banho estava bastante velha e o quarto também.
Hotel com falta de manutenção.

non è un 4 stelle...e pessimo marketing

Cons:

ho scelto questo albergo perchè aveva il parcheggio. Soluzione confermata da un messaggio (probabilmente automatico) ricevuto dalla struttura in cui riassumeva i vari servizi e condizioni dell'albergo.
Peccato che al momento dell'arrivo mi viene comunicato che il parcheggio non è disponibile causa lavori ristrutturazione. Tutto comprensibile ma mi fosse stato comunicato avrei avuto tutto il diritto di cambiare albergo. Stanco da un volo di 12 ore non mi metto neanche a farlo pesare più di tanto.
Mi viene detto (dal Sig Lucio) che il manager si era preoccupato di avvisare tutti i clienti. Cosa non vera perchè ho mostrato la chat di booking dove chiaramente proponeva il parcheggio (ovviamente a pagamento).
morale della favola perdo ore a cercare parcheggio per strada dove solo il secondo giorno scopro che ci sono dei parcheggi pubblici al coperto dove si paga 7 euro al giorno. Come mai alla reception mi è stato detto che potevo parcheggiare solo in strada? non è proprio un bel servizio professionale atto a supportare i clienti proponendo alternative per un loro disservizio.

Sta di fatto che 3 macchine sono rimaste nel parcheggio per tutta la notte e poi la mattina sono iniziati i lavori con larghissimo ritardo. Motivo per cui mi sono sentito preso in giro perchè avrei potuto lasciare la macchina e spostarla la mattina per andare a lavorare.

Ascensore lento e sempre pieno e se sei al settimo piano diventa davvero impossibile e scocciante fare la fila anche per salire o scendere.

La colazione è decente anche se il servizio non esiste.

E un albergo 4 stelle ma con tutto il rispetto, visto che sono 20 anni che giro per il mondo, questo sarebbe un 2 stelle.
è come una fiat 500 con la carena di una Ferrari. Non va proprio e non è all'alteza

Al check in ti viene fornita una fotocopia delle varie regole e servizi dell'albergo. vado per intuizione perhè la metà iniziale della fotocopia era sbiadita (dovete cambiare il toner della stampante).

Cons:

The bath tub cannot be used as a bath tub and you have to use it a shower. No problem in principle, but I could not stand under the shower head without being in a very uncomfortable angle.
Also, if I walked bare feet in the room, I got very dirty feet...

Даний готель не відповідає якості в 4*. Розташовується на пагорбі з незручним входом. Кімнати маленькі (зовсім не такі, як на фото). Сніданки дуже скудні, одноманітні, зовсім немає ніякого вибору.
