Расположение отеля и сотрудники порадовали

Cons:

Одноместный номер был грязным и самое ужасное, что в нем воняло. Это невозможно было выветрить. Этим запахом пропитаны обои и старый грязный ковер на полу. Удобств в номере не было от слова совсем. Также, не хватало места открыть чемодан, номер крайне маленький. Также, подушки по ощущениям это просто тонкая наволочка по наполнению, я спросила, есть ли вариант поменять подушку на нормальную, но мне сказали, что есть только такие. За окном шла стройка и постоянно визжали сирены и что-то очень громко стучало. Я не поднялась в номер заранее, а сразу оплатила на ресепшене проживание за 4 ночи. По итогу, через пару часов я поняла, что не смогу провести здесь столько время. Я попросила возврат средств, с меня удержали 50€ в качестве штрафа и я уехала в другой отель.

Pros:

From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. They made the check-in process quick and smooth and patiently answered all of my questions. After a long flight, the delicious breakfast with its wide variety of fresh and tasty options was exactly what I needed. It was a wonderful start to my stay!

Cons:

Although the room was clean, I was genuinely surprised by the condition of the towels. They were so worn out that they looked more like cleaning rags than bath towels. I hope the hotel management will take a closer look at this, as replacing the towels would make a big difference in the overall guest experience.

Чисто, уютно, хорошая душевая, интернет и телевизор, чайник и холодильник все работает, все понравилось.

Cons:

The place i stayed in had nothing to do with the photo above, i kinda feel conned.
I stayed in a very old hotel room that smelled extremely bad, it took me days to get the smell off the clothes
I was just too exhausted to object but yea not sure what happened there

Pros:

Piękny pokój, bardzo komfortowy i zadbany. Fajnie, że znajdował się w nim czajnik i herbatka do dyspozycji. Hotel znajduje się blisko dworca, a to też duży plus dla podróżujących.
