Excelente estadia, pretendemos retornar!
Pros:

Excelente ambiente e estrutura além da simpatia dos funcionários. Ah, o café da manhã é um espetáculo à parte e a brinquedoteca com recreadores para quem viaja com filhos se torna muito importante também.

Cons:

Apenas um detalhe, mas se o chuveiro tivesse um pouco mais de pressão seria muito bom.

Hotel muito bem cuidado, com excelente café da manhã e programação infantil. A recreação na época do Natal é fantástica. A brinquedoteca bem montada. Restaurante também muito bom. Todos os funcionários atenciosos e interessados em agradar os hóspedes.

Localização ótima, a equipe é sensacional, todos atenciosos. Os meninos do restaurante são maravilhosos. O rapaz do estacionamento super educado e simpático. A experiência de Natal no hotel com papai Noel, o café da manhã, a entrega de cartinhas, a contação de histórias… isso é mágico! Adorei, sempre que voltar a Gramado com
