Cons:

A calefação do quarto estava muitoo quente de forma sufocante e nao tinha como regular a temperatura, ou deixava ligado ou desligava. Tivemos que ligar o ar para refrescar o ar, mas o ar parava de funcionar e voltava de tempos em tempos, fazendo um barulho que me fazia acordar. Passei a noite muito mal dormida! Para piorar nao tinha uma agua no quarto 😢 Em um hotel com diaria de quase 3mil reais e um absurdo bem grande esse tipo de problema. Avisei na recepcao e a pessoa disse que ia verificar mas nem um pedido de desculpas tivemos. O hotel e bonito, bem localizado mas sinceramente nao merece 5 estrelas e nem o valor que cobra pela estadia. Ha alguns anos atras estive la e o servico era outro.

Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, educados e sempre prontos para ajudar, fazendo toda a diferença na estadia. O café da manhã é simplesmente maravilhoso, com opções deliciosas e muito bem preparadas.
Nos sentimos verdadeiramente em casa durante toda a nossa permanência. Sem dúvida, um lugar especial que deixa vontade de voltar!
