Pas un 4 étoiles DÉSOLÉ ! Merci pour la gentillesse néanmoins

La propreté
La gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles:
1. Une demie heure d’attente en arrivant
2. Wifi moyen
3.les espaces. Une douche aurait suffit.. la baignoire de trop et trop imposante
4. Nutella et confiture basique pour un petit dej à 18€ ? Pas possible (on ne l’a pas pris mais nous avons vu les produits)
5. Manque un service pour faire un thé ou café dans la chambre
5. Bar bruyant pas loin.

2 Nächte in Colmar. Wir haben Colmar und Strasbourg besichtigt.
Pros:

Sehr gute, ruhige Lage in der Altstadt von Colmar. Modernes, stilvolles Zimmer. Kleiner Hof mit Lounge, wo man gemütlich einen Drink geniessen kann.

Pros:

Moderne très bien situé à proximité du centre ville et du parking Rapp..
En revanche la disposition est particulière, les lavabos sont derrière le lit et la vue de la chambre vraiment pas terrible un toit et la fenêtre toute proche du voisin.

Mi aspettavo di più!
Pros:

Se dovessi dare il voto solo per location e staff darei 10. Parcheggio a pagamento a pochi minuti dalla struttura.

Cons:

Purtroppo trovo sia uno di quegli hotel a 4 stelle solo in apparenza. Non c’è gran cura dei dettagli. Il telefono non prendeva, ma il wifi non funzionava. Il riscaldamento era acceso su 26 gradi, ma non scaldava la stanza. L’acqua della doccia era tiepida. Il frigo ad oggi non ho ancora capito se era un frigo non funzionante o solo un armadietto. Il lavandino è nella stanza e la doccia non ha la porta. Peccato.

Pros:

Zimmer allgemein und Dusche sehr gut, bequemes Bett, Lage ist top, alles gut erreichbar zu Fuss! Wir nahmen den Parkplatz im nahegelegenen Parkhaus Rapp, auch wenn dieser nicht gratis war, so hat es sich doch gelohnt das Auto dort stehen lassen zu können. Colmar ist sehr hübsch!

Cons:

WLAN funktionierte manchmal und dann wieder nicht, sehr unstet. Kühlschrank machte in der Nacht Geräusche, etwas störend. Im Zimmer fehlte mir Stauraum und Platz für Kleider, Jacken und Koffer. Zu zweit ist es sehr eng. Ansonsten alles gut. 👍🏻
