Beautiful pool!

The staff were amazing. They kept apologizing for their lack of English, but if our Portuguese was half as good as their English, I would be very happy with myself. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Would be nice to have had pictures of the island on the room walls. 😁. And, a larger tv would be nice.

Advertising of restaurant but was closed for lunch and dinner. Not informed prior to arrival. Quality of breakfast poor. Advertised jacuzzi/ hot tub but not exist. Sauna not work

Muito bom

Die Betten waren eher unbequem und das Frühstück nicht gut. Kalter Kaffee und schrecklicher Orangensaft. Im Zimmer kaum Steckdosen, obwohl das Hotel ziemlich neu ist. Das Personalam Empfang war sehr nett, der Ausblick vom Zimmer toll. Ein Auto ist wohl sinnvoll.

The property is great!
But, we ordered a Villa for 5, and there were only 4 beds. The staff was very serviceable and acted fast to add a bed...

Great staff, very friendly. Louis in the restaurant is great.

komfortables Hotel mit Blick auf die Küste, sehr ruhige Lage

La prestation du restaurant est bien honnête. Petits-déjeuners copieux et variés. La reception toujours vide à l’accueil et froide d’accès.
Les verres supposement désinfectés dans la salle de bain (selon étiquettes dessus ) étaient de propreté vraiment douteuse.
La piscine aurait besoin d’un bon nettoyage car multiples joints noirs entre les carreaux.
Les parasols de la piscine désuets.

The dining room is run by another service so you have to pay separately. You cannot bill the meals to your room.
Also, they need to put a small coffee machine in the room, either Krupps or Keurig. I found it very stressful to have to wake up early and go down to the bar for a coffee. Also, they are building a harbor next to the property and it was noisy.

quiet, relaxing environment. We enjoyed the people and the island.

Had a great experience at this resort and with the ocean so near was wonderful to be there and relax.

No check in não sabiam da nossa reserva, depois deram-nos um quarto que já estava ocupado por outros hóspedes (enorme invasão de privacidade e falta de segurança), no restaurante não havia a maior parte dos pratos ou sobremesa...
Não foi possível dormir durante a noite, o ar condicionado era pior que dormir num barco com o Ruído, mesmo desligado fazia barulho, o quarto cheio de insectos, o pessoal do hotel parecia claramente desorientado.
A piscina estava cheia de fungos e mosquitos mortos no fundo, o pequeno almoço muito pobre, não havia pão de levedo, não havia salsichas ou ovos estrelados, ou pastéis de arroz (tradicionais desta ilha), ou bacon, não havia iogurtes, enfim, para esquecer ..

Wir waren für drei Tage auf Graciosa mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs. Für jemanden mit Auto ist das Hotel sehr gut gelegen.Es bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünscht. Schöner Pool und gutes Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und modern.

Hotel muito bem localizado em frente ao mar. Recepcao muito eficaz e com boa resposta às nossas solicitações. Restante serviço (bares, restaurante) muito fraco, não ao nivel de um hotel de quatro estrelas.
