Sun Parc Hotel

Leider kann ich mich den positiven Bewertungen nicht anschließen. Unser Zimmer hat bei Ankunft sehr stark gestunken (nach Schweiß oder ähnlichem). Die Fenster konnten wir nicht wirklich die ganze Zeit auf lassen, weil direkt auf der Seite die Bahn fuhr, so dass ein ausgiebiges Lüften nicht möglich war. Das Hotel gleicht einem ein bis zwei Sterne Hotel im Vergleich zu allen anderen drei Sterne Hotels, die wir bisher gesehen haben. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht noch mal besuchen.

Frühstück hatte gute Auswahl.

Nice staff. Clean and updated room. Close to shuttle and train station. Excellent sero.

Très bon petit-déjeuner, bouteilles d'eau à disposition à l'accueil de l'hôtel et entièrement gratuites, tout était parfait, juste un petit bémol, il faudrait au moins une chaîne de télévision française

Convenient location for visiting Europa Park. Hotel provides free bottles of water in reception which was a nice touch. Check in after 2pm is self-service, which was not an issue for us. Rooms are very spacious and extra linen is provided in the wardrobes. No fridge in the room, but there were communal fridges in the corridors for guest use. No AC but a fan is provided. The TV indicates it is a smart TV but could not get Netflix etc to work, however screen mirroring from phone worked. The Italian restaurant which was only 1 minute away on food was really good and provided gluten free pizza and pasta. Would stay here again if visiting Europa park.

Für ein paar Nächte in Ordnung, direkt neben den Gleisen, das hat uns Nachts allerdings nicht gestört. Das Frühstück war auch ausreichend.

Great place to stay for Europa Park! Decent sized rooms and very comfy.

wie übernachten hier gern, wenn wor in dden Europapark oder ins Rulantica gehen. Sauber, ordentlich und alles was man braucht. Ein me nette Empfangsdame :-)

Leider ohne Klima, was im Sommer negativ ist.

I booked here to for 2 nights as was going to europa park and was convenient for distance to attractions of europa park

First: it must be understood that afternoon check ins are done by finding your key card in an organized pile on the desk. If you need anything, you are supposed to call some numbers. While we didn’t need anything, we did see some people not have pillows for their beds or linens; their calls went unanswered.

Second: there is no AC in the hotel. At all. There are storm shudders in each room that can block out the sun but it can be suffocatingly hot. Avoid the third floor in the summer time.

Third: breakfast is OK - but understand all meats are chicken-based products (“ham,” “salami,” etc.), it’s definitely powdered eggs, and nothing is likely made in house. I did see some prosecco available but no one had opened it. Otherwise, it’s a serviceable breakfast. The breads are fine at least.

There is nothing immediately around the hotel to walk to except for a pizza place and other hotels.

Room was clean; it came with a small fan.

Parking is free which was nice.

The tip jar at the reception was ironic given the receptionist’s hours. Also… we are really moving to tipping the hotel clerks now? I think not.

Really only come here as a cheap stay for Rulantica or Europa Park.

Third party bookings are treated differently than those with a direct booking.

Despite being on the train side of the building, we were unfazed by the passing trains. We heard no whistles or bells - just the whizzing sound of them passing through town.

Schöne Zimmer und alles Sauber. Personal freundlich. Einchecken unkompliziert. Nur ein einziges Manko, keine Klimaanlage.

Super Hotel für einen Parkbesuch!

Séjour convenable mais personne a l accueil à notre arrivée et pb de pile dans télécommande de la télé et ventilateur ne fonctionnant pas.
Personnel au petit déjeuner et à l accueil le matin très serviable et gentilles.
Petit déjeuner parfait.
Je recommande pour un séjour court

Hôtel très bien pour quelques nuits.

Accomodatie is goed voor als je europapark wilt bezoeken. 4 persoonskamer is 1x 2 persoonsbed en stapelbed in 1 kamer. Geen koelkastje of waterkoker.

Zimmer sehr hellhörig und der Fernseher beschädigt.
