Pros:

Lokalizacja blisko dworca, skąd odjeżdżają pociągi m.in. do Monako, Cannes itp. bardzo czyste mieszkanie. Mieliśmy mieszkanie z balkonem :) bardzo miła właścicielka. Chętnie zatrzymamy się tu ponownie przy kolejnej wizycie w Nicei.

A clean, comfortable studio in a perfect location with an excellent host.
Pros:

• Excellent location — Right on Avenue Jean Médecin, with Gare Thiers tram stop (L1) just a 1‑minute walk away and Nice‑Ville train station around 5 minutes on foot. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
• Great communication — Rachel was very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions.
• Clean, comfortable room — The studio was spotless, well‑equipped, and made great use of the compact space. Towels were refreshed during the stay, the bed was very comfortable, and the air‑conditioning worked perfectly.
• Quiet once inside — No street noise at all once the balcony doors were closed.
• Helpful after checkout — Rachel kindly allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checking out.

Cons:

Nothing major to mention — Overall, everything met or exceeded expectations.

Pros:

Very comfortable apartment, close to the train station, beach, and tourist area. The manager allowed early check in and took care of our luggage after check out until the flight without any fee. Sincere recommendation.

Cons:

It is noisy in the morning because of the pedestrians and trams.

Cons:

Le matelas a un peu vécu et mériterait d’être remplacé. L’encadrement de la porte laisse passer la lumière du couloir qui est allumé toute la nuit. C’est très gênant.
