Perfect stay
Pros:

The location was really great, very close to the city centre and the train station. The studio was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The host was lovely as well. It was a great value for money and truly recommended.

Pros:

Studios Floreal seems to be a practical accommodation for a short rental.
It is on Street Jean Medicin with a direct tram from the airport to the Studios.
Additionally, it is worth noticing its cleanliness and comfortable bed with quality bed linen. On top of that, the kitchenette was perfect to cook my meals.

Cons:

It is located in a central artery street Jean Medicin where you can find from supermarkets, tourist spots to the train station at hard.
On the negative side, if you are a light sleeper, the noise would disturb you from trams moving back and forth early in the morning in spite of the great windows

Pros:

La ubicación es espectacular, tenía todas las comodidades, baño completo e impecable (No tiene bidet), cama cómoda, calefacción funcionó bien. Es un departamento muy lindo con todas las comodidades, ubicado en la calle principal, por lo cual tiene mucho movimiento, pero está bien insonorizada, zona tranquila, volveremos sin dudarlo. El personal amable, no pudieron recibirnos por la hora en que llegamos, pero las indicaciones fueron claras, ingresamos sin problema y respondían al instante.

Cons:

Todo fue perfecto. Agregaría solamente una ducha para el inodoro ya que no cuenta con bidet.

Perfect holiday
Pros:

A very pleasant stay! The studio was comfortable and well-organized, with an excellent location that made everything easily accessible. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help. The cleanliness was outstanding, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend it!

Pros:

Great location, clean apartmant, nice owner Rachel.

Cons:

Smell of curry which was propably prepared by a previous guest. Although we opened the window for the whole day every day we could smell it.

Pros:

距离火车站非常近，走路5min。但是临街挨着电车轨道，半夜偶尔能听到电车和火车行驶的声音。

热水不是很充足，偶尔会出现晚上洗澡没有热水的情况。

Pros:

Doskonała lokalizacja – apartament znajduje się dosłownie kilka kroków od dworca, a jednocześnie bardzo blisko głównej ulicy prowadzącej bezpośrednio nad morze (spacerem lub jeden przystanek tramwajem). Wszędzie jest blisko, co czyni to miejsce świetną bazą wypadową.
Mimo położenia przy ruchliwej ulicy, w apartamencie panuje cisza dzięki bardzo szczelnym oknom – po ich zamknięciu nie słychać hałasu. Dodatkowym atutem jest piękny widok na główną ulicę.
Sam apartament jest niewielki, ale bardzo przytulny i dobrze wyposażony – znajduje się w nim wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu. Nie było żadnych problemów z ciepłą wodą. Rewelacyjna suszarka do włosów. Okolica jest bardzo przyjemna i bezpieczna, wyjście bezpośrednio na główną ulicę daje duże poczucie komfortu. Na plus również bardzo miły i bezproblemowy kontakt z gospodynią.
