Super czysto oraz świetna lokalizacja
Pros:

Mieszkanko bardzo czyste, było wszystko co potrzebne, idealna lokalizacja wypadowa 3 minuty pieszo jest dworzec a spacerek na plażę jest przyjemny, mieliśmy klimatyzację która była zbawieniem w czerwcu oraz mały balkonik, wifi działało bardzo dobrze, kontakt z właścicielką był bardzo dobry pozwoliła nam przechować bagaż w ostatni dzień bardzo miła Pani, Pozdrawiamy!

Sąsiedzi mieli czasami głośno telewizor ale dało się przeżyć

Personal amabil, condiții decente, curățenie și grijă pentru confortul clientului.

Locația este amplasată într-o zonă foarte bună de unde ai acces ușor la mijloacele de transport, dar și pe jos ajungi în puncte cheie ale orașului.

Studio bien situé mais très très, trop bruyant
Pros:

Nous avons résidé dans le studio n° 52 et nous ne connaissons pas du tout les autres studios.
Une pièce en L, avec d'un côté une petite cuisine bien équipée, une petite table avec 2 chaises, l'autre côté un lit double assez confortable... Pas trop de place, et les rangements à peine suffisants mais pour 4 nuits ça va.
1 ventilateur et un appareil qui sert de clim.
Une petite salle de bain.
Seul point positif retenu: le studio est admirablement bien situé : 1 mn de la station "gare Thiers" ; 10 mn de la vieille ville, 15 mn de la mer.

Cons:

Nous avons très mal dormi et ne sommes pas après ces 4 nuits reposés... La fenêtre du studio donne directement sur la station de tram "Gare de Thiers" ... en plus cet appareil qui sert de climatisation était tellement bruyant qu'on était obligé de l'éteindre la nuit ... Canicule, pas de clim, un seul ventilateur et on ne peut pas ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit extérieur... Pas cool.

Dobry apartament, świetna lokalizacja
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja i widok, dosłownie obok dworca kolejowego, do starego miasta i plaży delikatnie dalej, ale wciąż bardzo dobra lokalizacja, czysty, wygodny apartament, jest klimatyzacja i wiatrak, dziękujemy za możliwość zostawienia bagaży i wcześniejszego zameldowania

Pros:

Το κατάλυμα είναι στο κέντρο της πόλης, με άμεση πρόσβαση στην αγορά (Cafe, super market, κ.α.) και στα μέσα μεταφοράς. Πρόκειται για πολυκατοικία παλια σε καλη κατασταση, με ασανσερ,. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, οχι πολυ μεγάλο, οριακά για δύο άτομα. Καλη επικοινωνία και συνεργασία με την ιδιοκτήτρια σχετικά με check in και check out. Υπάρχει πολλή κίνηση και φασαρία λόγω της κεντρικής τοποθεσίας και του tram που περνά από κάτω, αλλά αν κλείσεις το παράθυρο δεν ακούγεται τίποτα.

Cons:

Το στρώμα σίγουρα χρειάζεται αλλαγή, δεν είναι τόσο άνετο. Τα έπιπλα ειναι κάπως παλιά, μια ανακαίνιση θα βοηθούσε. Δεν μου άρεσε που στην είσοδο και στους κοινοχρηστους χώρους είχε μια έντονη μυρωδιά!
