I had a Great time
Pros:

Great location beside train station tram stop to get to old town and aerport and supermarket room was warm and very clean with small kitchen for cooking and rachael was very helpfull

Personal höflich, zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich … hilfsbereit in allem Belangen … in 15 Min am Hauptplatz Massena, Mitten in der Stadt …

… nicht gefallen ist übertrieben … man ist in Frankreich und da ist alles kleiner, kompakter vorhanden … trotzdem war alles da, was benötigt wird … inkl Klima / TV …

Tolle Unterkunft
Pros:

Sehr freundliche und Hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Die Unterkunft ist für einen kurzen Städtetripp absolut ausreichend und sauber. Der kleine nette Balkon, lädt zu einem Glas Wein ein und kann dabei den Trubel der Einkaufsstraße mitverfolgen. Direkt vor der Unterkunft hält die Straßenbahn und gleich um die Ecke der Bahnhof. 15min Fußweg zur Altstadt und zur Promenade von Nizza.

Bon sejour, bon équipement, bon emplacement. Je recommande🙂
Pros:

Bon emplacement , très proche de la gare, de la commerce. Tramway à 20 m. La concierge présente presque tout le temps, au cas où besoin d’un aide.
Appartement bien chauffé🙂

Cons:

Etablissement est situé dans la rue principale donc il y a beaucoup de bruits. C’est perturbant pour les gens avec les troubles de sommeil comme moi😊

Pros:

Très agréable séjour à Nice mais quelques défauts pour le logement
Pros:

Emplacement excellent par rapport au tramway qui passe souvent et dessert le centre ville, à la gare ferroviaire, aux commerces de tous types et aux quelques restaurants traditionnels (hors fast-food).

Cons:

La salle de bain, très petite avec un coin douche très exigu, a un mitigeur à manette contre lequel on se cogne provoquant des changements de température intempestifs. De plus le rideau de douche "colle au corps" ce qui oblige à ne pas s'en servir et à arroser toute la salle de bain. On ne peut pas boucher le lavabo. La porte de séparation est vitrée ce qui n'est pas agréable.
L"immeuble est joli et bien entretenu. Dommage qu'il soit si sonore.
