Great place for your visit to Nice!
Pros:

Great location! Comfortable. Had everything I needed. Easy check in. Great balcony space overlooking the street but was quiet when the windows were closed. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in the South of France
Pros:

Well located, a stone throw from the main trainstation and right next to the main shopping street. Very comfortable beds and nice warm shower. Wonderful place and lovely host

Agréable séjour. Je recommande le studio.
Pros:

L'emplacement est bien situé par rapport à la gare SNCF et part rapport au tram , un peu loin de la promenade des anglais et du vieux Nice à pied.
Le studio est petit, confortable et propre. Tout le nécessaire.
Un petit balcon agréable en été.

Cons:

On s'habitue au bruit du tram. Le frigo un peu moins.

Pros:

Un logement petit mais très fonctionnel, bien équipé et très propre.
Très bien situé pour accéder à toutes les parties de la ville grace aux transports en commun. Proximité de la gare appréciable.
20 minutes à pied de la vieille ville ou de la promenade des anglais, 15 minutes à pied de la place Masséna.

Great location beside train station tram stop to get to old town and aerport and supermarket room was warm and very clean with small kitchen for cooking and rachael was very helpfull

Tolle Unterkunft
Pros:

Sehr freundliche und Hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Die Unterkunft ist für einen kurzen Städtetripp absolut ausreichend und sauber. Der kleine nette Balkon, lädt zu einem Glas Wein ein und kann dabei den Trubel der Einkaufsstraße mitverfolgen. Direkt vor der Unterkunft hält die Straßenbahn und gleich um die Ecke der Bahnhof. 15min Fußweg zur Altstadt und zur Promenade von Nizza.

Personal höflich, zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich … hilfsbereit in allem Belangen … in 15 Min am Hauptplatz Massena, Mitten in der Stadt …

… nicht gefallen ist übertrieben … man ist in Frankreich und da ist alles kleiner, kompakter vorhanden … trotzdem war alles da, was benötigt wird … inkl Klima / TV …
