Sehr schöne Unterkunft um den Urlaub zu genießen.
Pros:

Gute Ausstattung der Appartements mit großer Terrasse oder Balkon. Alles sauber und gepflegt.
Sehr schöne Außenanlagen: schöner Pool, viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Esperienza meravigliosa in un posto meraviglioso
Pros:

Andiamo via con la tristezza nel cuore. Questo posto è meraviglioso. Immerso in un panorama da sogno. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, gli appartamenti spaziosi, comodi, puliti e forniti di tutto il necessario. La piscina bellissima. Il ristorante molto buono e anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile e gentile. Un grazie speciale a tutto lo staff ed in particolare ad una signora con i capelli corti e scuri che era dolcissima.

Die Lage, ruhig und schönes Ambiente.
Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Wir waren in Mai in der Unterkunft, draussen waren 14 *C, in der Unterkunft abends noch kälter, ohne Heizung!
Wir sind später angereist, war niemand mehr da nachdem wir eingecheckt hatten. Mit Jacke geschlafen und uns mit dem Föhn aufgewärmt.
Am nächsten Tag gegen Bezahlung natürlich, hatten wir Heizung, dann war alles gut.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der sehr gepflegten, sauberen Anlage verlebt. Sehr freundliches Personal und eine sehr schöne gepflegte Poolanlage. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön.

Amazing place, would come back
Pros:

Everything. We liked it so much that we decided to stay 3 additional nights! And wanted to stay even longer.
Confortable beds, well equipped kitchen, outside and inside swimming pools, sauna, table tennis outside and inside, big kids sandbox, kids play area outside and also inside, restaurant and bar. Gluten free pizzas!
Very friendly staff.
Location is perfect. Up the mountain, not in the busy touristic towns, but also close to reach them . Grocery store, some hiking areas, drinking water station nearby.

Nice hotel
Pros:

The hotel has a lot of facilities like indoor pool, tennis courts and a restaurant. They also have apartment like rooms for booking and we stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment which was quite comfortable for 4 adults. Th staff were friendly and helped us with all our queries.

Cons:

The property is a located on the hill above Gardasee. It’s a bit of an uphill to reach the hotel from the lake below. We found it a little far from the lake and the cities along the lake. Although we were provided a dishwashing liquid and some kitchen towels for the kitchen, It would’ve been nice if they had provided some essentials like handwash or soap for the guests. The most important thing about the hotel is that the heating is to be paid separately if you want it to be turned on. This is something they mention in the email but we somehow missed seeing this. The breakfast was 16euros per person, which was a little expensive.

Rummen rena, trevliga personal och lungt områden!
Pros:

Det var lugnt område. Frukosten hade många variationer och resturangen hade god mat som serverades allt ifrån pizza, sallad och pasta. Rummen var rena likaså i gemensamma utrymmen. Alla som jobbade på hotellet var super trevliga. En anmärkning. Våra grannar hade barn som hoppade, släpade köks stolarna som har riktigt jobbigt höra tidigt på morgonen eller sent på natten. De kanske skulle ha plats stolar istället annars var allt helt perfekt

Relaxing, peaceful and beautiful
Pros:

Everything was perfect, room was lovely, clean and cleaned regularly, comfy, amazing view. All staff were friendly and brilliant. We requested rooms close together, no problem. We left a personal item behind, no problem they have sent it to us. Amazing service. Both pools are fantastic. Food breakfast and dinner was excellent with lots of choice. All other facilities at the complex were superb. The place has a very relaxed feel, it's quiet and cooler in the evenings compared to be being down by Lake Garda, which was a relief. The area is beautiful you can walk off on the many trails by the property, along streams, dip in pools with waterfalls, hike up mountains. The natural environment is outstanding and thriving. Driving down to and exploring lake Garda itself was amazing. All in all a perfect holiday.
