Pros:

房间很大，一家3-5口住不会拥挤。周边环境非常好。酒店有E-bike出租，酒店的餐厅的餐食不错。酒店有一个很干净的泳池。表面上看酒店在深山里，要开7.5公里才能到湖边，但是酒店方圆3公里范围内有很多吃饭购物的地方。这是一家非常周到的度假酒店。酒店有洗衣房，5欧元一次，超大洗衣机，这一次可以洗很多衣物。

Cons:

我称为建议，不是不满意。房间的锅有些和电磁炉不兼容，最好系统检查一下。阳台的晾衣架有点小，建议弄个折叠晾衣架放在阳台。我们租了E-bike，中间控制器断电一次，应该是充电不足，好在我们没走太远，应该多注意检查。

Pros:

Struttura molto bella e curata molto bene. Situata in una zona tranquilla ma nello stesso tempo comoda. Consiglio per chi ama una vacanza relax e sportiva. Ottima per le famiglie.

Ideale Lage für MTB-Touren
Pros:

Es ist alles vorhanden, was man sich für einen aktiven Urlaub (MTB) wünscht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die gesamte Anlage ist großzügig angelegt und sehr gepflegt.
Unser Appartement war gut ausgestattet und die Betten sehr bequem, nicht zu weich.

Cons:

Zu unserer Zeit waren die Temperaturen sehr hoch, deshalb wären klimatisierte Zimmer/ Appartements wünschenswert gewesen.

colazione top ,sia dolce che salato, varietà di cibi e buona qualità
camere e ambienti pulitissimi e curati
abbiamo pranzato al ristorante e abbiamo mangiato bene ,cibo curato e fresco
il nostro è stato un soggiorni di relax ,ma per chi ama la bici e le camminate c'è da sbizzarrirsi
piscina pulita e tranquilla
se cercate pace è il posto giusto

mettere dei tavolini tra gli ombrelloni della piscina ,se proprio dobbiamo
trovare qualche mancanza

تعامل الموظفين فقط لبق لكن الاقامه لم تكن حسب المامول

هناك حشرات داخل المكان ونمل اضطررت لشراء مبيد حشرات لكي يتم التعامل معها
لا يوجد مساعده لحمل الحقائب
الطريق للمكان صعب جدا ومرتفع 20 دقيقه بالسيارة لكي تنزل من المرتفع بها
طريقة الزام الساكن بحمل اكياس القمامه وفرزها بنفسه داخل عدة تصنيفات ليست من مهام المستاجر
الاقامه متضمن بها قيمه تنظيف اخيرة عند الخروج يفترض تشمل هذه المهام

المكيف عند رغبتك باختياره وتشغيله للحار تدفع رسوم اضافيه !! كذلك

Fantastic family holiday destination in the mountains
Pros:

Very comfortable, clean, recently renovated, family-run, and happy place with lots of facilities for our 3 kids (we’re not easy guests with a 2, 7 and 10 year old, all high-energy boys), lots of patience with our kids’ misbehaviour. Beautiful views that you never really get used to. Good food, great wine list with good recommendations, super friendly owners. Perfect playground for the kids, and lots of sports activities: swimming, hiking, volleybal, football, mountainbiking, (table) tennis. Great restaurants and local food options nearby,. Will def come back during some warmer weather.

Cons:

Small things. There is a fence around the outdoor pool but there is an opening next to the playground, which made my wife nervous (we have a 2 y.o. that is a runner). Equipment in the gym is a bit outdated, as is the pool and sauna in the basement. But all things I can perfectly live with. I guess this is the part they still need to renovate. Very much focused on German guests, which is not a negative per se, it’s more that we didn’t expect to find only Germans (or Austrians then) there.

Uncomfortable stay and disappointing service
Pros:

The playground was suitable for the children

Cons:

The property is outdated and we noticed signs of mold in the indoor swimming pool. The rooms had a musty smell and the air felt dry and uncomfortable.

We also experienced the staff/owners as unprofessional. There was little to no greeting and the overall communication did not feel welcoming. At times, we felt that we were not treated as valued guests. Communication was also inconsistent, as we were repeatedly addressed in German despite indicating that we only spoke English.

In addition, the property did not feel child-friendly. Many facilities, such as table tennis and the sauna, could only be used after requesting permission from the owners. This created a restrictive atmosphere rather than a relaxed holiday experience, especially as requests were not always handled in a cooperative manner.

We had booked breakfast, but due to the low number of guests using it, the buffet was extremely limited while still being charged at the full rate. The selection was minimal (e.g. only basic items such as tomato, mozzarella and cheese), and when we raised this, we were told it was not worth preparing more due to the low number of guests.

On another morning when we did not attend breakfast, the owner approached us in a confrontational manner questioning our absence, which we found inappropriate.

Due to these reasons, we decided to leave the accommodation earlier than planned.

Perfekt!
Pros:

Die Lage ist ein Traum, alles sind so freundlich und hilfsbereit, Unterkunft sauber und gepflegt, Restaurant und Frühstück sind zu empfehlen!. Alles durchdacht und perfekt gelegen, wenn wir nochmal zum Gardasee kommen, dann wieder hierhin. Vielen Dank
