Pros:

La vista, la ubicación, la habitación, el personal, la comida, todo espectacular. Nos encantó poder guardar y cargar las bicicletas en el hotel y salir en bicicleta desde ahí mismo, ya que hay trails de bicicleta que pasan por el hotel. La opción de piscina exterior e interior también nos gustó.

Cons:

Me hubiese gustado que hubiesen más actividades para niños, por ejemplo juegos exteriores, kids club.

Posizione e camere OK, ma non prendere la mezza pensione
Pros:

La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita, bagno con doccia enorme e il letto molto comodo. Peccato per la temperatura in camera e per le vespe che si annidavano sui tetti che continuavano ad entrare, per cui non riuscivamo a tenere la portafinestra aperta e far rinfrescare di giorno. Capisco lo stare in mezzo alla natura ma decine e decine di vespe anche no; bisognerebbe prendere provvedimenti.

Cons:

Gli spazi comuni non erano molto puliti (ragnatele vicino all ascensore, macchie sulla moquette e i bordi della piscina esterna erano molto sporchi oltre che il prato poco curato). Ma la parte peggiore che ha influenzato negativamente la nostra permanenza è rappresentata dal ristorante: oltre ad aver mangiato male mandando indietro piatti praticamente pieni, la qualità delle materie prima era molto scarsa, ad esempio la caprese era fatta con mozzarella insapore e dura. Mi dispiace molto perché i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, ma la cucina va assolutamente migliorata. É la prima volta che ci capita di mangiare male in un 4 stelle in Alto Adige e per questo non ci tornerei.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole. L’hotel è davvero bellissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio, con una splendida atmosfera, ottimi servizi e personale generalmente molto professionale e cortese. La struttura è in una posizione fantastica e si percepisce l’attenzione per la qualità.

Cons:

Nota negativa riguarda la colazione. Avevamo prenotato una camera di categoria Luxury e ci è stato assegnato un tavolo in un angolo della sala. Abbiamo chiesto gentilmente se fosse possibile spostarci in un tavolo con una posizione migliore, ma ci è stato risposto che era tutto pieno. In realtà, durante tutta la colazione molti tavoli sono rimasti liberi e, quando siamo andati via, la sala era ancora in gran parte vuota.
Questo ci ha lasciato un po’ delusi, perché da un hotel di questo livello ci aspettavamo maggiore attenzione verso le richieste degli ospiti, soprattutto quando potevano essere soddisfatte senza creare alcun disagio.

Pros:

Prachtige ligging om uitstappen te kunnen doen. Georganiseerd hotel met super personeel !! Lekker eten!

Cons:

Je slaapt best langs kant bergen en niet langs kan t zwembad omdat er een baan aan ligt die zeer druk is vanaf 5 u ‘s morgens

Pros:

La struttura e' accogliente e presenta tutti i comfort per una vacanza rilassante. Ottima la Spa, cosi' come la piscina interna ed esterna. Lo staff e' premuroso ed attento a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Colazione abbondante e di qualita', cosi' come la merenda delle 16 e la cena che giornalmente offre varie opzioni. Consigliatissimo. Ci tornero'

La piscina esterna risente dei rumori della vicina strada. Per il resto, tutto perfetto!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Bis zur Seilbahn in Weiß 5 Minuten mit dem Auto!

Es war einfach schön und erholsam im Parc Hotel Miramonti
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig ausgestattet und man fühlte sich dort auch sehr wohl. Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr fein und reichhaltig. Auch das Abendessen war immer sehr fein, reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Es gab für jeden immer etwas zu essen.

Cons:

Die sprachlichen Kenntnisse der Serviceangestellten war nicht sehr gut. Man konnte zwar mit einer Person italienisch sprechen englisch und deutsch waren aber bei den meisten Serviceangestellten nicht vorhanden oder nur ein paar Wörter. Auch war das Personal nett aber nicht mit einer Freundlichkeit welche man sich vom Südtirol erwartet.
Die Tische sind für drei Personen etwas klein aber man kann sich arrangieren. Dann sollte aber das Leergeschirr abgeräumt werden und nicht nur auf verlangen es machen.
