Todo, los trabajadores un 10 y la comida de carta impresionante, lo que pedimos todo buenísimo, las instalaciones correctas y el spa muy chulo

Me gustaron especialmente la atención del personal, el tamaño de la habitación y la comida del restaurante. El spa estaba muy bien también y no había mucha gente, por lo que se podía estar tranquilamente.
No me gustó que algunos chorros y duchas del spa no funcionaran, ni tampoco la ubicación junto a la carretera y en el polígono, ya que no había opción de ver mucho alrededor sin coger el coche.
Habitación muy grande
Apartamento espacioso y limpio, aunque con una sola habitación con cama doble. La otra cama doble era un sofá cama, poco confortable.
El personal poco amable y el acceso al apartamento algo descuidado. La ubicación del hotel es un polígono industrial, muy aislado de lalin.
Hotel Spa Norat Torre Do Deza was without a doubt one of the nicest places I've stayed at in years. The room was immense, clean and comfortable--the bed was big enough for three people (although sadly I didn't get the chance to put that to the test! ;) Staff were friendly and helpful. The facility itself was up-to-date and immaculate. The restaurant served delicious food three times a day. And best of all, the price was quite reasonable--I've paid far more in the past for places that were vastly inferior. If I find myself in Lalin again, I'll definitely stay there!
The only slight downside was that there were some dim green emergency lights near the bathroom that were required (apparently by law) to be lit 24/7. I could have done without those.
El personal de recepción fue siempre muy amable.
Tuvimos que pedir 3 veces que nos cambiaran de habitación por el ruido, 2 de ellas estaban contiguas a la sala de maquinas del spa y otra por el ruido de la carretera ya que las ventanas no aislaban nada. La 4a habitación finalmente era silenciosa pero el colchón era mucho peor y dormimos incomodísimos (al ser la 4a no lo comprobamos ya hasta acostarnos). No entiendo como pueden ser 4estrellas superior…Además detalles como cobrar por las cápsulas de cafe después de los que cuesta la estancia la verdad es que es tristísimo

Deberían poner en el spa horarios diferentes para familias con niños y controlar en las instalaciones que se cumplan las normas.
