We enjoyed our spa stay and especially the pool circuit. We felt very relaxed after enjoying the various pools and sauna.
El Spa estaba muy bien
La atencion fue correcta y amable,el balneario tiene buenas instalaciones la habitacion amplia con terraza y buen acceso tanto para al parking exterior,como interior.
El buffet tanto de la cena como el del desayuno fue excaso y poco variado y que las bebidas fueran aparte incluyendo el cafe y la infusion teniendo contratada media pension.
El trato en el spa de María, nos reservó una buena hora tanto para el spa como para los masajes. Muy cuidadosa al dar los masajes, especialmente habiendo problemas de espalda. Un 10 como persona.
El trato en el restaurante de Alberto, atento a todo tanto en la cena como el desayuno. Un 10 como persona.
El spa está realmente muy bien equipado y LIMPIO, merece la pena comprar el bono y hacer el desplazamiento. 2 horazas...
Por estos dos motivos no repetiría el pack romántico:
1. La cena era menú cerrado, sin posibilidad de elegir platos. Cuando llamé antes de reservar, desde recepción me explicaron que se podía escoger entre tres posibilidades para primero, segundo y postre. Primera mentira.
2. La botella de champán incluida en el precio sólo se puede tomar en el hotel. Cuando llamé antes de reservar, expliqué que por TEMA MÉDICO no podía tomar alcohol, desde recepción me dijeron que me la podía llevar para casa. Segunda mentira, en el check-out me la quitaron. 0 empatía (le repetimos las circunstancias). Nos fuimos con mal sabor de boca.
Recomendaría otros packs que tengan spa y desayuno, mejor con masaje. Iré al hotel de O Grove antes que volver a Lalín.
Muy amplio, silencioso y cómodo. Merece la pena solicitar el servicio del desayuno en la habitación; realmente completo y riquísimo. El spa está muy bien y el servicio de tratamientos es muy profesional.

Las habitaciones en la planta -2 no son muy cómodas, la mía en concreta están justo debajo del comedor, y se escuchaba bastante ruido
