Frühstück war sehr gut, alles sehr gut organisiert sehr freundlich, das einzige Manko war meine schlechte Matratze, müsste unbedingt ausgetauscht werden, sonst alles perfekt

Das Zimmer selbst war klein und ziemlich trostlos.
Leider an einer viel erfahrenen Straße so dass Fenster kippen (trotz sommerlichen Temperaturen) keine Option waren.

Das Buffet war oft leer. Wurde nachgeliefert.
Man musste warten.

Cons:

Klimaanlage auf den Zimmern.
Der Getränkeautomat im 1. Stock war nicht da.
So sind wir zur Tankstelle gelaufen.

Alles sauber und ordentlich.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft war die Rezeption zwar besetzt, jedoch wurden wir lediglich auf einen mit meinem Namen beschrifteten Briefumschlag verwiesen, in dem sich der Zimmerschlüssel befand. Eine Begrüßung oder weitere Kommunikation fand leider nicht statt. Auch beim Check-out gegen 09:15 Uhr war die Rezeption komplett unbesetzt, sodass kein persönlicher Kontakt möglich war. Insgesamt hätten wir uns einen deutlich aufmerksameren und serviceorientierteren Empfang sowie eine entsprechende Verabschiedung gewünscht.

Pros:

Es ist ein einfaches Businesshotel. Dafür ist es gut.

Cons:

Mit Pech Zimmer zu einer sehr befahrenen Straße. Das sollte man vorher direkt beim Hotel klären.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende. Hervorragendes Preis / Leistung Verhältnis. Gute Kommunikation. Frühstück wurde angeboten Aufgrund hoher Nachfrage, obwohl es bei der Buchung ausgeschlossen war. Das war eine super positive Überraschung.
