Value for money
Pros:

Location is very strategic, you go down there is Novena Square mall and also MRT. In the Novena Square mall, there are supermarkets (Fair Price and Cold Storage), also japanese supermarkets like Donki and Daiso. Hotel is also near hospitals and medical centres and specialists so could be very convenient for medical tourists. Staff are very friendly, cleaner even tidied up my charger cables.

Great place to stay! The staff are friendly & hotel facilities were fantastic!

Clean & comfortable rooms & we loved the club lounge & especially the level 22 pool area was absolutely fantastic.
The staff were always very helpful & friendly & the breakfast each day was sensational

It was better before when you provided drinking water
Pros:

Room is a bit small

I asked Indian female receptionist for a room overlooking Novena Church
She gave me room overlooking pool

If she does not know where the Church is, she should ask her colleague!

And she should have warned me my room was furthest away from the lift

Some people cannot walk so far - she should inform in advance - do you mind a room some distance from the lift?

You should provide 2 bottles drinking water

Coole Lage zu einem sehr fairen Preis
Pros:

Tolles Business Hotel, auch empfehlenswert für Urlaubsreisen. Der direkte Anschluss an die MRT macht das Hotel zu einem perfekten Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen.

Pros:

Very close to subway station, lots of restaurants downstairs.

Cons:

Corner room is incredibly small, not really fits the posted pics during booking. Also bit noisy during early morning and sometimes at night.

駅直結でとても快適でした。
Pros:

・駅直結なので頻繁にホテルで休んでMRTで外出したい方には最適。
・ショッピングモールにアクセスが容易で大変便利。
・通常のベッドもエキストラベッドも寝心地が良かった。
・スタッフの対応が良かった（ドライヤーが破損、交換を依頼してすぐ対応してくれた）。

Very good location. MRT below hotel is very convenient. Clean room. Pool on roof is lovely. Excellent service from staff. Good breakfast. We booked the club lounge which is good
