Pros:

优点：
1.与novena地铁站无缝接驳，出入不用去室外，刮风下雨都不影响，近乌节路，交通非常方便。
2.楼下的商场应有尽有，fairprice, donki, 寿司郎、袁记云饺、麻辣烫、咖喱饭、炸鸡、奶茶等等，吃饭、购买生活用品都很方便。
3.员工（包括办理入住的员工、打扫卫生的员工）都很友善，卫生打扫及时。
4.房间设施较完善，基本所需的电水壶、茶包、咖啡机、电吹风都有，日常冷气也很足。
5.酒店有游泳池。

Cons:

缺点：
1.没有洗衣服务，干洗或者自助洗衣都没有，最近的洗衣房距离1.3公里，步行约20分钟，长住需考虑影响。
2.房间设施较陈旧，淋浴头出的水冲击力很大很重，洗澡不舒服。洗手间水龙头漏水，冷水水龙头打开后，水从台面上方往外漏一半，水龙头出一半，所以水很小。
3.隔音问题，房间门几乎不隔音，如果门口有人说话，房间内听的非常清楚。房间墙壁隔音一般，隔壁房间打电话或者听音乐都能听到，酒店准备了耳塞，有天凌晨4,5点，隔壁边听音乐边打电话的时候用上了。

Pros:

Our whole experience at OASIA
was perfect . The room service lady on our floor , 19th , was excellent. Very friendly.

Cons:

The bar fridge is to small .
There was only 1 tea bag in the complimentary tea and coffee.
If 2 people want a cup of tea it is not possible .
When I asked the room service to replenish the tea , they replaced it with 1 tea bag .
Personally I like to have 2 or 3 cups of tea in the morning .
Also the tea cups are to small.
The shower head needs replacing ,
room 1912 .

Beautiful and relaxing.
Pros:

Upon arrival, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Regarding our room, the space was a great size, with great views. The MRT is just across the road, making travel really easy. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and would definitely come back again.
