Oasia Hotel Novena, Singapore

If you are going with family then for Indian we don't recommend this hotel. No Indian food in breakfast. Even for non vegetarian person too. MRT is there but restaurants are quite far from this hotel.
No jets in hotel room washroom 😕. Cleanliness is ok.
So if you are visiting Singapore with family then stay in little India area. Preferably Novotel hotel there.

We stayed at Oasia Hotel Novena on 20 March 2026 and had a genuinely wonderful experience. Check-in was easy and efficient, and we were pleasantly surprised to be given early check-in when we arrived at Level 22 for the Club room.

The room itself was a little dated, but it was still comfortable and pleasant overall, and we especially appreciated our favourite feature – the bathtub. Having special access to Level 22, with its pool and jacuzzi, was a highlight of our stay and made it feel like a relaxing retreat in the middle of the city. Another memorable touch was the complimentary 15-minute back and shoulder massage, which was a first for us in all our hotel stays and something we appreciated very much.

We would also like to commend Ms Iryati Abu Bakar for her exemplary service. She was very kind, attentive, and clearly interacted warmly with every guest she met, which really added to the overall experience.

All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return to Oasia Hotel Novena again in the near future 😄

Oasia hotel exceeded our expectations. Room was spacious and location was very convenient. We would definitely come back here when we visit Singapore.

I stayed at the Oasia Hotel Novena for 6 weeks while I was getting medical treatment. The staff were wonderful. They knew I was on my own and that I often didn’t feel well. They treated me like family.

Sophana and Thin Thin from housekeeping were especially kind to me. They would drop in and ask if I needed anything and leave me nice notes.

I especially want to acknowledge that Thin Thin is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen.

The location is perfect, has a direct MRT access to Novena Station. And lots of medical facilities and next to Velocity mall @Novena Square. You can play some pick up basketball games there in the lobby.
And Anthony at the Concierge really give us a 5 star experiences.

Stayed for one night pre-cruise. The hotel is excellent. Upgraded to club room with access to a lounge for breakfast and early evening drinks and snacks. The duty manager KHRISTY KHOR was charming, very helpful and welcoming. A credit to the hotel and very well suited to her position.

Great hotel well located and wonderful staff and great idea of the club lounge room, we made use of this every day, bottom of hotel in B3 is all the food shops and retail sops close by and the MRT for catching the train to anywhere.

Exceptional Service, very helpful and considerate Concierge. Nothing is a problem, checks you have everything from the room like passport etc.
Knows Singapore well and vises suitable places to go and how to use the Rapid Transport Service.

Being a tourist from India - hotel felt located into a quieter side of the city, away from attractions.
Rooms were well done - missed jet into the toilet though.
Breakfast options were considerably limited. We had moved into Oasia for 2 nights after staying in Novotel for 3 nights and we felt the significant changes.
Pool was very well managed and we enjoyed our pool time on the 8th floor. Heated pool section was a delight for sure.
Concierge service was very helpful. Anthony at the concierge was super helpful. 5 star to him.

Room is spacious, pillows and bed are comfortable and good.
Hotel is a great choice who value efficiency and location, easy MRT/MTR access, and proximity to food courts, Donki, and underground shopping

Second time staying here, suits our needs perfectly. Love level 22 and special thanks to Gerald, Christy and Sathis who were amazing and could not do enough to spoil us. Also having the train so close. All in all a great stay

I had a very pleasant stay here. I truly loved the ambience — the view is beautiful and the atmosphere feels very relaxing. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Daniel at the front desk. He was extremely helpful for foreigners during check-in, which made the whole process smooth and comfortable.

The facilities are complete and very comfortable, making it a perfect place for couples who want to enjoy a relaxing stay in Singapore. One of my favorite parts was the bathroom — I really loved the design, as well as the lotion and soap provided. It felt perfect for a little “me time.”

Good hotel in a great location. It is located right beside a shopping mall with a lot of dining option and supermarket. It has direct access to the train station, only a few station away from the city centre. Room was clean and spacious enough with standard amenities provided. Overall was a pleasant stay, will definitely recommend.

I am happy with the hotel; it's clean and cozy. Location is great with the MRT station situated at the basement. So convenient. Love it!

The room is smaller then I image but the bathroom is quiet big.
The location is very nice that is just beneath the MRT and a mall.
