Oasia Hotel Novena, Singapore

we ( 6 of us) stayed at the Oasis Singapore at the end of our far eastern cruise.
The hotel was just what we needed, right by the metro so we could get anywhere.
such a beautiful hotel and we were helped to upgrade to the lounge by Shawn who was amazing and so so helpful, friendly and professional - he even came to wave us off when we left.
Anthony - Service Ambassador was fantastic he helped us on our last day with checking out and use if the Lou gets with all the information we needed.
He had actually been to Liverpool our home town so we able to talk about football etc, was so lovely.
All of the Lounge staff were absolutely fabulous we wanted for nothing and they anticipated our needs at all times.
Food was delicious, staff always friendly, happy and professional.
Sathis was very attentive and we wanted for nothing.
we even had free foot massage.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of a cruise. We upgraded to the club room so we could access the facilities. This included breakfast and a happy hour from 6-8 every evening. I thought it was worth the money.
We liked the fact you could access the MRT from the basement plus connect to two large shopping centres.
I wasn’t keen on the bathroom not being completely separate to the room with no door. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss with it being 5pm before they got to our room by which time we had been out for the day and wanted to relax in our room.

Just as the title says! Room a little worn and lights seem to defy understanding. All staff excellent including concierge staff. Club lounge more than worth the extra. Has its own pool but it is cold or refreshing if you prefer! Good breakfast and drinks and canapés between 6-8pm included.
Underground link to MRT with its own food court and small Japanese supermarket- very quick to the centre of the city and in the middle of the Novena hospital district.

I have stayed at Oasia previously and returned in honour of my travel companion. We stayed here previously to celebrate her milestone birthday, so thought that we would return, to bring back those memories. Mostly the stay was delightful. The service in the Club lounge was excellent. Special shout-out to Guest Service Executive Iryati, who could not have been more helpful. Her suggestions and recommendations were spot on.
That said, there were a couple of things that I felt rated lowering my rating. For a start the carpet on our floor desperately needs to be replaced, one could see that other floors had had carpet replaced – perhaps it was just a matter of timing – level 21 carpet would be replaced shortly??
The other thing that disappointed was the electrics in the room. Not all light switches were working. In fact, most of the switches on my side of the room did not work, which necessitated troubling my travel companion to turn the lights off. Plus, the telephone in the room did not work, I understand that most guests these days tend to use their own mobile phone but the phone in the room still needs to work, so that guests can call reception, housekeeping, concierge, etc.

This was my fourth stay at Oasia and, as always, it was delightful. The room was comfortable, well maintained and the view spectacular. The service was excellent, but I must mention the Guest Service Executive Iryati. She spent time chatting to us about some of the new attractions in Singapore, shared tips on ways to travel around and out of the city and recommended a few restaurants. She was a welcoming, smiling face when we visited the Club lounge and made it feel a bit like home.

We stayed at the Oasis Hotel Novena Singapore from 20th February to 24th Feb 2026. For my husband 65th birthday. The hotel couldn't do enough for us to make our stay as memorable as possible. On the morning of my husband birthday they gave him a card and a birthday cake
The staff on the 22nd floor are so friendly they make you feel like your one of their family.
We found the staff on the reception desk went way above and beyond with anything you require to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
It so convenient for all attractions as the MRT station his conveniently on the basement level of the hotel.
We give this a 5 star if you stay at this hotel you won't be disappointed.

The Hotel Novena Oasia is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location adjacent to the MRT for easy travelling around the city. If fact the hotel has direct access to MRT from the lobby.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and rooms are maintained meticulously.
Rooms could benefit from a full length mirror and more power points but these are small issues.
The hotel has a beautiful pool area with sunbeds as well as a Cafe/Restaurant/Bar serving anything from full meals to snacks or just a drink.
Hotel Novena Oasia is a great choice if coing to Singapore.

Had a lovely stay at Oasia Novena. The room was nice and cozy, the facilities were very good! We got our room cleaned every day by Thu and she did an amazing job every time. Whenever we needed to take an afternoon nap, she would ask if we wanted her to come later in the evening to clean instead. She puts so much effort into her work and we really appreciate what she does for this hotel.

Near MRT station ehich is very conventient

Location is excellent MRT station, shopping malls are just at the basement of this hotel. Every requests including late night ones are fulfilled carefully. Private lounge is great chilling place with all day snacks and refreshments and evening cocktails. Iriyati was Our guest service executive. She took care of all our requests .

Hotel services and facilities were exceptionally good. Each and every requests were attended with care, even the late night ones. Hope to be back soon. And the best thing is the connectivity. MRT station can be reached with the same hotel lift. Also there are 2 adjacents shopping malls with enormous options to eat. Very very very happy with the hotel and the staff behaviour.

My stay at Oasia Hotel Novena was amazing. I was accommodate on the club floor with club lounge benefits. The lounge staff were great, especially Ms. Iryati, who made my stay as pleasant as possible. I wish everyone had the same attitude... Thumbs up!

We stayed at the Oasia Hotel Novena on a B&B basis. This is a good quality central hotel with easy access to the underground and opposite a shopping mall. Food in the hotel is good. A main course and 2 drinks each cost £60. But there are loads of restaurants in the mall if you want something different.
The bar man Nigel was to be particularly noted as attentive and a very likeable chap, as was the helpful Concierge Anthony.

Centrally located - We particularly enjoyed the direct access with the hotel elevator to the MRT station which makes life very easy.

Staff - Courtious and smiling

Will recommend and defintiely visit again on future visits.

All staff very helpful throughout stay, nice room and good facilities available. No issues encountered and very good location next to 2 malls, hospital and MRT station
