Oasia Hotel Novena, Singapore

We stayed at the Oasia Hotel Novena on a B&B basis. This is a good quality central hotel with easy access to the underground and opposite a shopping mall. Food in the hotel is good. A main course and 2 drinks each cost £60. But there are loads of restaurants in the mall if you want something different.
The bar man Nigel was to be particularly noted as attentive and a very likeable chap, as was the helpful Concierge Anthony.

Centrally located - We particularly enjoyed the direct access with the hotel elevator to the MRT station which makes life very easy.

Staff - Courtious and smiling

Will recommend and defintiely visit again on future visits.

A great hotel with access to the MRT for getting around Singapore. Central location so easy access to all areas.
The club room and lounge were great. Great cocktails and snacks provided every evening from 18:00 to 20:00. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We have to give a special mention to Hilary at reception and the lounge, and Sim the concierge. They went out of their way to be very helpful and friendly.
The club swimming pool and facilities on the 22nd floor, with views over the city were amazing, especially at night.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about the place was amazing including the service ambassador Anthony who helped us with the bags. The pools were clean and warm! The room views are also awesome

Staff were always friendly and helpful especially Ridz, the Concierge.
He went out of his way to make our stay here a memorable one.

Had a great stay and pleasant time. Been here for few times and this time Anthony been helpful during check out and with all the lugages. Will come back again.

22nd Floor Pool was cold, that was a negativt thing, otherwise all good…

Got free upgrade and early check in, staff were fantastic, highly recommend, Daniel, Shawn, Monissa, all lovely staff.

Our family had an excellent experience at Oasia Novena Hotel. Every detail was well taken care of, and the staff were exceptional. Daniel deserves special mention for his kindness and for the beautiful gift he gave our daughter. We felt truly welcomed and cared for. Highly recommended

Checking in process was smooth and straightforward. Rooms are clean and modern. Lobby also clean. I would love to return someday

We had an excellent stay at this lovely hotel.
Our check in with Saifirman was perfect.He was able to organise an early check-in for us as we had come off an overnight from Dubai.
The club suite was excellent and we had plenty of space.
We really enjoyed the benefits of the club lounge and the staff,especially Gerald were great.
If we ever return to Singapore we will stay here.

Location poor as no facilities after 9pm , underground underground hotel helpful but who wants to travel far after a 15hr journey to get food

Good location, very near to mrt novena and have 2 malls surrounding the hotel, room is good, bright and nice view, good service

I am very satisfied with the room service by Priya. The room is always clean and she is very friendly and service minded person. It make me feel like home during my entire stay .

My experience at Oasia Hotel Novena was deeply disappointing. The service was consistently poor, characterized by a cold and dismissive attitude from the staff.
​Most notably, an employee named Priya was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Her hostile demeanor, combined with what felt like exclusionary and biased treatment from the team, made for a highly uncomfortable stay. This hotel fails to provide the basic respect and hospitality expected in Singapore.
​I strongly advise staying elsewhere.

Great location, but staff gave us a corner room which we requested for NO corner room instead. One of the switches in the room was faulty and had problems switching the light on. Holder for the hand shower kept sliding downward too.

room was beautifully decorated!! the Oasia Hotel Club team made us feel so welcomed - they were so thoughtful to have put in a cake, congratulations card and some deco, as well as some snacks & light refreshments for us when we mentioned it was for our honeymoon! even as we’re having breakfast the next day, Iryati noticed that we were newlyweds and congratulated us and took some time to chat with us and make sure everything was ok with our stay so far and if we needed anything. room and amenities were also clean and felt very exclusive.

Perfect stay. The staff were so caring and attentive. Our rooms were beautiful every day and clean. Certain members of staff took our stay to an exceptionally high standard by their attention to detail. Khristy so kind, efficient and helpful, Vincent always had time to get to know us and care for our needs and Anthony who gave me clear directions to buy a triviality, shoelaces.
My gluten free breakfast was personally prepared and varied each morning by the chef and staff behind the scenes. Thank you is seriously not enough. Angela and Nigel Barrah room 2017 xx
