Location was great for what we needed

Cons:

古いので仕方ないですが、清潔はギリ保っております。

昔は良かったが今はイマイチ。
宿泊者が少ないとエレベーターを全部稼働させない。シェラトンのブランドはもうここにはないです。
値段は安くないし。朝ごはんは美味しくない。
昔と違って種類も多くなく中国人向けに100％なっている感じ

Great customer service
Pros:

Wang Manager, Jenny and Leo are extremely helpful during our 3 days stay in the hotel. The rest of the service team are efficient in meeting guests needs.

The rooms are big and clean. The hotel is located 5mins away from a small mall with a huge super market.

部屋が寒かった。エアコンのレベルが低い！
エレベーターが泊まる人数によって節約の為か間引き運転していて不便だった。
朝ごはんもイマイチでレベルが落ちあまり美味しくなかった。

골프 여행차 방문한 호텔입니다. 조식 뷔폐 매우 훌륭하고, 전체적으로 오래된 느낌이 있지만 청결함을 유지하고 있네요. 수영장이 있으면 좋을것 같아요

I can smell smoking smell in my room in the morning, may be someone is smoking in room.

I can hear people's sound when they pass near my room too.

Leah from reception very helpful with her local knowledge during our brief stay. My wife appreciated her advice tremendously. Great staff all around. Down side was to see the bar in the ground level closed as I had many memories there over the years.
