Good but it could be better
Pros:

the cleaning lady’s are awesome especially Socorro and Marta .always with smile and their faces and very professional

Cons:

The elevator needs to get fix !!! A lot of people for only one that’s not enough

Si vas al consulado y exámenes médicos esta excelentemente bien ubicado. Literal a unos pasos

Cons:

La parte del lobby esta en remodelacion, pero aun así, todo bien. Algo que podrían mejorar son las pantallas de tv. Están obsoletas, no son smart tv

De verdad considera otras opciones diferentes a esta.

Que estaba cerca del consulado

Cons:

No comenta que esta en remodelacion, esta muy sucio, generalmente huele demaciado a thinner, en la "recepcion" solo una persona tiene actitud de servicio, y en especial una muchacha que tiene pesima actitud.
El pasillo para tomar el elevador huele mal, tiran basura de comida ahí y pañales sucios y huele terrible, en el cuarto, habia cucarachas.
No pude cancelar por que no habia pagado una tarifa flexible por que en ningun lado vi los comentarios reales del hotel, espero los mios les sirvan.
El cuarto muy pequeño, la tele no se veia bien, el internet y la luz se iban.

El baño tenía una fuga, la pared de la regadera tenía moho (hongos), un solo elevador funcionando, lo cual hacía complicado llegar al lobby o al piso de la habitación, los colchones nada cómodos.
