Lo que no me gusto fue la limpieza mire como limpiaron mi baño con la misma fibra de la taza todo la restregaron completa la taza embarrando hasta la suciedad de la taza por dentro y solo limpiarla con un trapo y ese mismo trapo restregarlo por el lavamanos y el vidrio de la ducha 🤮luego pedi un te de manzanilla y se me hizo exagerado que por un extra sobre de manzanilla me cobraran otros 35 pesos Osea 70 por un te🤣 y algunas del personal de lobby les preguntaba algo y solo estaban en su celular y no volteaban a ver no quien era 😬
Ademas al pedir Servicio de cuarto no ponian ni papel ni toallas y encontre cabellos dentro la ducha y segun habia sido limpiado el

Good location, go somewhere else.

The staff was very nice, location was good.

Cons:

Our first room did not have working air conditioning which was very difficult and after having someone come check it out they said well we can bring a fan.. With two kids that wont work I had to threaten to leave then they finally switched rooms. Certainly not like other Ibis's we have stayed at.
