My stay at Ramada Jalandhar for a week was excellent. The staff is extremely courteous and always willing to help they truly don’t know how to say no to any request, which makes the experience even more special.

The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel’s location is another big plus, as it’s right in the middle of the city, making it convenient to get around.

The food deserves a special mention. There is a wide variety of options available, and both the buffet dinner and breakfast are a must-try. The quality, taste, and spread were impressive.

I highly recommend Ramada Jalandhar for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service and excellent food.

Had a wonderful event at Ramada by Wyndham in the Solitaire Hall. Special kudos to Jyoti Virdi for her excellent coordination and constant follow-up right from the beginning. The service was seamless and the food was lavish and delicious. Overall, a great experience and a well-managed event. Highly recommended!

Staying here for more a than a week and got few more days to go. All I want to say is that I loved this Hotel, very good and quick service. All the staff is very helpful, if I plan to visit again in future this is the hotel in my top list. If you’re planning to visit Jalandhar, Ramada hotel is best choice for you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location. On entry the doorman greeted us as usual and didi not expect anything less. The reception took care to book us in. We went to our room and the luggage was brought up by staff. The room was great the bed was comfortable. The shower was good. Housekeeping attended daily and everything was done perfectly. The breakfast was great and many staff to hand - felt there were too many suited staff many standing around gossiping and not attending to guests while staff with just shirts on running around. We would attend again is a good hotel

Staff was not helpful. My father was a patient of diabetes and he wanted to make the room temperature little less cool but their service was extremely terrible.

First visit to Jalandhar was a good experience and was happy with the service overall. Breakfast was of a good standard with a variety of options. Room service was excellent with friendly staff. I was happy with my initial stay so I extended my trip and chose to stay longer.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Food also good

We had ants on our bed when we got our room. They upgraded us to another room, but it had stains on the bedding (lipstick etc). They left no towels in our room. Staff were very good about apologizing but unable to rectify anything in a timely fashion or at all. We asked for extra towels, after several calls and discussions and being promised they were being sent right away we sod not get them until the next day. My first negative review of a hotel ever. Restaurant staff were good.

My name is sushil kr. I stayed at Ramada by wyndham jalandhar , room no. 414 from 15 march to 17march under the reservation name Sushil kumar.
I did early check in and the visit was not so bad not so excellent however i being a hotelier i would like to mention few things what i had noticed from check in to check out.

Lobby was good but i haven’t seen any bell man or door man for welcoming the guest..heading towards to reception.. receptionist was not much professional she didn’t even introduced herself and also greet me once I greeted her without smile.Booking was hustle free that i like the most but again there was no concierge team to assist with the luggage.
Now come to the room being a 4star hotel under the name of reputated brand Wyndham it was totally unexpected.

I entered the room it was nice…..
Still few things was very worst
I found used shaving kit and cotton buds in the washroom bin .. no face towel no tissue box, toilet roll was looking very bad and it’s about to finished… washroom condition must need to improve and need to focus more on cleaning i couldn’t mention everything things but still need to goes with eyes for detail.

Coffee cups was very dirty and no even the hotel staff can used that one I don’t know how they placed for the guest.

Tea kettle looks very unhygienic.
Most of rooms area was not even touched there is lots of dust on the bed side table drawer.
Windows are dirty
Floor having hairs

Also i ordered food from outside and i got the call from reception around 2:00 Pm on 16thmarch he said as per management we are not allowed outside food and same time he mentioned you have to come down to collect your delivery..that time it feel like i am not staying in 4-star hotel it like it a below 3star hotel where staff are very unprofessional.

One good things was that housekeeping delivery the requested item very fast.

So being a part of Wyndham it was totally unexpected.
Kindly more focus on the guest experience to meet the guest expectations.

Very good central location.The hotel and its staff were very responsive.
The only downside was that the room window looked straight onto a rubbish dump outside.

Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Any issues resolved immediately. The room was perfect and cleanliness. The bed was very comfy and fresh towels given everyday. Seating area was comfortable and desk to get on with any work though the WiFi could be slow at times. Tea/coffee making facilities were great. The valet parking was perfect. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold food. Overall a very good experience.

Most friendly staff and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel……...Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient……..Room itself was well equipped and comfortable ………
comfortable place for their guest and others who come to visit……… was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
