Great location but terrible experience.
Pros:

The only thing likeable about the property was the location. That’s it.

Cons:

I don’t feel like the beds/room were clean properly. I immediately got a bad reaction as soon as I laid down, bed was dusty and I had bites on my legs. The reception staff were also quite moody and unwelcoming and in general I felt like this was not the right atmosphere to be in. Apart from the location, nothing was great about this hotel. It was very basic, old fashioned and musty.

But my worst experience here was at the hamam. It was so unprofessional, disorganised. We had arranged the hamam for 9pm, the two ladies who were meant to do our massage were smoking and making faces at us - there was clearly an on going argument with them and the guy who had organised our hamam. The ladies were also very unkept, unprofessional and very rude and moody. I felt very judged and uncomfortable. She also done a terrible job at my hamam, climbed on my back and injured me a great deal. I don’t feel like she was trained properly to do massages. I’ve had massages my whole life and this was the first one where it was so disorganised. She would start on my legs for 2 mins, then my arms, then my back. It was so bad and I felt like she didn’t know what she was doing.

& because of the language barrier, I was unable to communicate with her properly and she was getting very arsey and impatient with me. I had also paid extra for an hour’s massage and she finished me at 40 minutes. When I explained to her it was for an hour, she began interrogating me how much I paid and took another 10 mins to speak to the guy to confirm this and even then she finished the message earlier. Overall I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend the hamam for starters or the shit hotel and the terrible staff.

Muy antiguo y baños tb, se notaba que no hacen mantenciones, WC quebrado y baño enano, la habitación también era muy chica.
Demasiado antiguo y olía a cigarro, todo.
El personal muy servicial y honesto, se nos quedó un celular y lo encontraron en la habitación.

Overall, the stay was average and met basic expectations, but there are a few areas that could be improved.
The room itself was okay, though rather small and somewhat outdated in terms of decor and furnishings. The bathroom could definitely benefit from some modernization to make it more comfortable and appealing.
On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and attentive throughout the stay, which made a noticeable difference and added a welcoming touch.
However, the breakfast offering was quite basic and lacked variety, which was a bit disappointing, especially for longer stays.
One unusual downside was the view from the window — as shown in the picture, it unfortunately overlooked hanging laundry, including underwear, which detracted from the overall experience. And no iron in a 4 star hotel
In summary, while the service was a highlight, the facilities and amenities could use some upgrades to better match expectations.

мы заселялись в 12 часов дня. номер был не убран, но его убрали за 20 минут. нам повезло, что был красивый вид на весь стамбул и мечеть Шехзаде.

завтрак был с 7 до 10, был кофе/чай, в принципе обычная еда для завтрака.

сам отель находится недалеко от метро и трамваев. метро в 5 минутах, а трамваи чуть дальше

El trato increíble , podría decir que ha sido el mejor trato que he recibido en un hotel y la ubicación perfecta , muy buen servicio e instalaciones .

Cons:

La limpieza podría ser mucho mejor, uno de los días ni limpiaron cuando le informamos que sí queríamos que limpiara la habitación , aparte las toallas no olían a limpio. El desayuno regular , faltaban cosas básicas para un desayuno como por ejemplo un tostador o zumo de naranja natural.
