Pros:

Es un hotel antiguo en excelente estado y bien mantenido. Está súper bien ubicado, pleno Recoleta. Las habitaciones son amplias y con colchones muy cómodos. Además, tiene un desayuno muy variado. Se descansa bien y el personal es muy amable :)

Cons:

Quizás como sugerencia al ser un hotel catalogado como 4 estrellas pondría en las habitaciones agua de cortesía y una pava eléctrica para poder uno hacerse una infusión. Pequeños detalles.

Muy buen hotel
Pros:

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia durante nuestra estadía. El personal fue amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos, la habitación fue cómoda y el desayuno estuvo bastante bien.

La ubicación es excelente, especialmente por la tranquilidad del lugar y la cercanía a los principales puntos de interés. En general, un hotel muy agradable y una buena opción para disfrutar de la ciudad.

No pedir suite junior junto al ascensor si tenes necesidad de descansar. Guardar facturas y pedir mail de lo conversado.

La ubicación excelente. El servicio del restaurante al Room service.

Cons:

Que mi habitación daba contra la pared del ascensor y en recepción no “identificaban “ el ruido . Siendo que todos los huéspedes con buen oído se darán cuenta de esto . Esa actitud no corresponde a un hotel de esta categoría ni a ninguno. Era imposible descansar. Me ofrecieron cambiar y no era de mi agrado ya que tenía humedad en la pared del aire acondicionado y bajaba a la llave térmica de luces. Así que pasé en 3 días por 3 habitaciones . Tengo fotos y video como envié a booking de todo - Mal la administracion que dijo el valor lo habían arreglado conmigo ya que era menor y no era cierto. Puntos que no coincido -Tomé Massjes y dieron muy malos y carísimos. El spa abandonado.

El WC del baño, al tirar la cadena, el tapón interior no bajaba y quedaba corriendo el agua, Era necesario bajarlo a mano.

Estadia prazerosa em Buenos Aires
Pros:

A localização do hotel é excelente, fizemos todos os pontos turísticos da Recoleta a pé, incluindo alguns Bairros próximos. Do hotel para o Centro, Palermo, Retiro, San Telmo é muito rápido e tranquilo. O café da manha é bom e o atendimento é excelente.
