Location is superb, attentive staff and very peaceful hotel

Rooms are a bit outdated. Smaller than shown in photos. I requested a handicapped bathroom for my husband and it was horrible and dangerous. When you shower the entire bathroom gets flooded as the shower is part of the bathroom floor with very poor drainage. It’s truly a liability.

Beautiful, great location
The staff was extremely helpful during and after my stay. They helped me recover a couple of items left in the closet and other small touches that helped me out. The hotel itself is perfectly nice, not too fancy but very comfortable. The breakfast is a very good spread with fresh fruit and good coffee. The location is excellent. Very convenient spot in Recoleta.
There is street noise outside. Even on the 7th floor I used earplugs at night, but I'm very sensitive to noise.
