La vista al mar , la atención del personal del lobby , especialmente Marcia,Italo,Wellignton , personas tremendamente serviciales y amables.

O hotel tem otima estrutura , localizado em local privilegiado

Cons:

A falta de respeito aos que passaram o reveillon na cobertura daquele hotel foi vergonhosa! Um imbecil que se diz gestor, logo apos a virada determinou que as lampadas fossem apagadas naquele recinto quando alguns ainda permaneciam naquele local de vista excepcional. Coisas como essa merecem repudio completo e mostram a mediocridade de um pseudo gestor. Esperamos bem mais de um hotel desse porte, em primeiro lugar, respeito aos hospedes e segundo percepção de que nem todos os dias sao iguais, nem mesmo a diária referente à data ,bem mais cara!

Muito caro para o que oferece. Custo benéficio não é bom.

Quarto limpo, Ar condicionado, café da manhã

Cons:

Morosidade no check in , pediram dados do meu cartão de crédito (número e data de vencimento, faltou só pedir o código de verificação, nunca vi isso), Piscina interditada sem aviso prévio, pedi um quarto com vista, janela toda embasada, não dav pra ver nada.
