Eu gostei de quase tudo, o preço , a localização da acomodação ,o atender das camareiras, o atendimento geral, exceto a recepção em nossa chegada

Detestei o recepcionista da nossa chegada que nos tratou com muita arrogância sem nenhum gentileza e que foi o mesmo da nossa saída. O café da manhã que apesar de sermos muito bem atendidos pelas meninas da cozinha ,achei pouca opção

Lugar perfeito!
Pros:

Localização excelente, em frente ao terminal de ônibus TILAG. Café da manhã muito bom. Gostamos muito do atendimento que tivemos na hospedagem, sobretudo pela atenção e simpatia do Sr. Eduardo, que tornou a nossa estada em Florianópolis melhor!

Atendimento da recepção falta mais cordialidade e vontade de ajudar. Se o quarto receber uma pequena manutenção e disponibilizar travesseiros melhores podem ficar excelente.

Conforto, custo benefício
Pros:

Local muito acessível, com bares, restaurantes e padaria perto. A limpeza estava excelente. Destaco a atenção do Eduardo e da moça que fica de apoio no café, muito simpáticos e educados. Café gostoso e bem servido!

Pros:

Gostei de tudo, o hotel oferece o anunciado, todos atenciosos.As meninas do café são muito legais, o hotel fica próximo ao terminal tilag o que facilita ir às praias facilmente. Os quartos são limpos diariamente e há troca de toalhas, camas boas e ar condicionado bom silencioso, não utilizei a piscina entao não posso opinar. Vale a pena

Cons:

Não diria não gostei e sim uma sugestão, a opção de uma chave extra ao hóspede mediante assinatura de responsabilidade em caso de perda para confecção de uma nova, pois pra quem vai em dupla ou grupo as vezes fica complicado uma chave so pois as vezes são realizados passeios diferentes, então fica como sugestão.
