Really recommended. Breakfast is very good, staff is amazing. A jewel close to the vineyards. Nice for romantic retreat.

Great value for the money. You will need a car as nothing is walkable. Staff very friendly. Rooms on the frugal side yet super clean.

This place was an absolute gem. The staff was so helpful and kind. They had so many recommedations and advice to help us have the best stay. They booked our winery visits for us and helped us navigate all the wine choices.
Chile is so worth it!!!

El hotel es muy rico. Es una casa de campo con jardines y espacios exquisitos para compartir en familia, en pareja o quizá para desconectarse solo un par de días.
Tienen un quincho muy amplio para poder hacer un asado y tienen casi todos los impleméntos necesarios.
Las habitaciones que dan a la carretera pueden ser un poco ruidosas, pero nada que haya impedido una reponedora noche.

Charming property. Has a beautiful pool and outside lounging area. The rooms are named after a wine from the region. Rooms are large with functioning showers.

Owners were very helpful with suggestions for things to do and restaurants to dine at.

Beautiful mini-resort with pool and lovely grounds. House and rooms have an old-fashioned atmosphere but are clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Burgers/sandwiches available during the day and early evening. Hostess very charming and accommodating. WiFi worked well. Only issue is location - ~15 mins. outside of Santa Cruz.

Amazing property, at the foot of the mountain. It was lovely to get into the pool after a long day of sight seeing. Oriana and Nicé are great hostesses, making sure we have everything we need. Delicious breakfast!

This was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel is situated around 20 minutes drive outside of santa Cruz, in wonderful surroundings and beautiful gardens. Check in was polite, informative and friendly.

There is a lovely pool area, and tea/coffee was available at all times in the main building.

The bungalow room was comfortable, with a nice bed, TV and good size bathroom. This was cleaned daily.

The breakfast was nice and filling.

The hot tub is available for hire, at a small cost. It was wonderful to relax in here under the stars.

The reception lady was very kind and helpful in organising a number of activities for us. She was excellent.

The only minor negative was poor WiFi, which may be important to some people. However, this place is best for relaxation and forgetting about work!

I would definitely recommend this place and the price was fair for a fantastic service and experience.

The pool and gardens are stunning and really well done. The only distraction is some noise from the nearby road.
The staff are friendly and very helpful and the breakfasts are delicious.
Our main disappointment is the room we had was very dark and a bit tired. It's very clean, but there's too much furniture, some of it a bit worn, and little things don't work like the bedside lamp and you can't pull the blinds up to let in any light. Overall a good stay, but not amazing as we'd hoped from the reviews.
The neighbor's dog also likes to bark early in the morning. Often not for long, but sometimes for more than 1 hour at sunrise.

Far exceeded my expectations. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was perfect and the grounds are lovely.

The hotel was excellent but very difficult to find as it was not in Santa Cruz. It would have been useful to know that it was several miles from the town. However the surroundings were beautiful and it was a quiet and peaceful environment. The staff, particularly Sara, were extremely helpful.

The hotel is in a beautiful location a little out of town. The staff is very friendly and helped schedule tours before I arrived. The restaurant recommendations were very good and their own food service was good and reasonably priced.

Very nice grounds. 6km outside of Santa Cruz. Have to drive over a mountain to get to it. Sara at the front desk was extremely helpful, informative, and is fluent in English.
