A great place to stay
Pros:

Excellent facilities- pool+jacuzzi and lots of games to play in the common area. The rooms were spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed. The bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was basic but there were lots of options- eggs, cereal, fruit etc. The dinner (and wine) was delicious! rented a car and it was easy to get around and Ubers were easy to get too.
However the highlight was the excellent communication with staff well before arrival (via WhatsApp). Agustin at the front desk helped with anything we needed and went above and beyond. The other staff (sorry I didn’t catch their names) were also incredibly friendly.

Cons:

A very minor point that (the owner?) lives just next to the hotel and given all his windows and doors were open it was a bit confusing whether that was part of the hotel or not. I’d suggest putting a sign up saying ‘private’ so they don’t get people walking in there like I did, which was a bit awkward.

Excelente!
Pros:

Excelente la atención, el parque y la ubicación (al frente hay un supermercado muy completo). La cena en verano es en el parque, un ambiente hermoso y todo riquisimo. Muy amables, nos tuvimos que ir muy temprano y nos dejaron el desayuno listo la noche anterior para que no lo perdamos. Vamos a volver seguramente

Estancia soñada.
Pros:

Me encantó el alojamiento . Impecable organizado y distribuidas las habitaciones hacia un parque , la piscina y yacuzzi.

Lovely location and super friendly staff. Good value for money
Pros:

We stayed in two different rooms during our stay. The first was a bit nicer as the second one had a slight smell of cooking gas. If I was in the first room for the entirety of my stay I probably would have rated higher. Staff really nice. There are two lovely dogs on the property that were so friendly and nice. Food served on site was very nice. Great value for money. There are two very convenient shops just across the street which was also very useful.

Cons:

The smell of natural gas in the second room we stayed in (there was a cooking hob in this room). This was unpleasant and concerning however I think the smell may actually have been coming from the vent system.

Pros:

Nuestra estadía fue muy buena, no tenemos reclamos. El complejo está muy bien cuidado y el servicio fue correcto en todo momento. El buffet es excelente: desayuno variado y abundante, y por la noche la comida es rica y de buena calidad.

Cons:

Como detalle a tener en cuenta, es un lugar que se percibe más orientado al turismo extranjero que a un ambiente familiar. De todos modos, nunca nos sentimos incómodos y disfrutamos la experiencia.

Pros:

Localização excelente, sobretudo para quem vai focar nas vinícolas. Ambiente lindo, clima de fazenda boutique. Pessoal do hotel super simpático e atencioso

Cons:

O quarto é bom, mas o banheiro não tem muito conforto e o chuveiro era pessimo. Café da manhã sempre reduzido e igual (para quem fica muitos dias, faz diferença)

Cons:

No podíamos abrir la ventana a la noche por los mosquitos. Recomendaría que pusieran mosquiteros para los que preferimos dormir sin aire acondicionado.
