El lugar es hermoso y cómodo.
Los meseros no fueron muy atentos y amables con nuestros servicios. Se tardaron una hora y media para llevarnos una cerveza y un agua mineral. No había casi gente cuando las pedimos y aunque las pedimos nuevamente 3 veces más, hasta que fui a quejarme con el gerente, nos las dieron. La atención por parte de los meseros fue deficiente.
El hotel está lindo incluso nos dejaron nadar en la noche en la alberca.
Que lo que pagas por el hotel solo es por la habitación, instalaciones como sauna, vapor etc..te lo.cobran. entonces, es mejor ir a las aguas termales en dónde incluye todo, porque al final en costos te sale más caro rentar las amenidades del hotel. Sauna. Etc

The hotel was empty and not full of tourists.
First off, on booking.com, you can't get a hold of an agent in person to talk to and have to wait at least 45 minutes to get direct online. The hotel was in the ghetto part of Chante. The food at the restaurant is not that good. There are so many mosquitoes, it's not pleasant at all. The room is outdated. The only pleasure was the massage, and it was overpriced. Booking.com must do better to speak with its customers, especially when on vacation away from home.

Location was nice overlooking the lake but you need a car as can’t really walk to many places. Our room and bathroom were lovely. The pool was quiet and heated so it was wonderful to swim in. My husband had an amazing massage.
The double bed was not great as you could feel e wry move of your partner. I thought it was expensive. The food has very little for vegans which is surprising seeing as it’s a Spa hotel. I had let the hotel know in advance and they didn’t even provide an alternative milk and didn’t offer to get any. The included breakfast is cut down from full menu and is strict. I bought my own soya milk and oats so they could make oatmeal with water. My husband enjoyed his omelette. Also they give you filter coffee and we were shocked to be charged per cup. No free refills which is unusual. We also found the staff that we dealt with in reception, with the exception of Ernesto, to be blunt and unhelpful. The attitude seemed to to be ‘this is how it is so we can’t help’ inflexible. For example no offers of breakfast alternatives and I had booked a massage and been told I could check out at 1 the following day so I could get ready to leave afterwards. I was really looking forward to the massage and checked the times in the morning and was told I could no longer check out at 1 it has to be 12.35! as there were guests arriving so I had to cancel my massage. I was not happy but there was no apology or alternative offered. When Ernesto came on duty I spoke to him and he couldn’t understand why the receptionist had been so inflexible when he had said the check at 1 would be ok!
Also when I paid the bill I forgot that we had paid 2000 pesos in cash for a deposit (unusual but they said cash deposit was better) for things we may use at the hotel. This was not mentioned on the bill and it took a few days with lots of correspondence to get it refunded to my card. It was then refunded in dollars! Not that helpful as we are English so I will have to change it but it will cost extra (Revolut card) .
Some of the receptionists speak English but often especially in the morning there is no one there that does. Not a problem for us but could be for others.
Los servicios de Spa, el personal y las instalaciones son excelentes. Las Suites con vista al lago son lo mejor, tal vez no me quedaría en una habitación normal sin vista al lago ya que las demás dan al pasillo donde pasan otros huéspedes.
El lobby es algo pequeño y podrían tener sofás más cómodos allí. Es lo único “malo” que puedo decir.
