Guest Reviews
Location was nice overlooking the lake but you need a car as can’t really walk to many places. Our room and bathroom were lovely. The pool was quiet and heated so it was wonderful to swim in. My husband had an amazing massage.
The double bed was not great as you could feel e wry move of your partner. I thought it was expensive. The food has very little for vegans which is surprising seeing as it’s a Spa hotel. I had let the hotel know in advance and they didn’t even provide an alternative milk and didn’t offer to get any. The included breakfast is cut down from full menu and is strict. I bought my own soya milk and oats so they could make oatmeal with water. My husband enjoyed his omelette. Also they give you filter coffee and we were shocked to be charged per cup. No free refills which is unusual. We also found the staff that we dealt with in reception, with the exception of Ernesto, to be blunt and unhelpful. The attitude seemed to to be ‘this is how it is so we can’t help’ inflexible. For example no offers of breakfast alternatives and I had booked a massage and been told I could check out at 1 the following day so I could get ready to leave afterwards. I was really looking forward to the massage and checked the times in the morning and was told I could no longer check out at 1 it has to be 12.35! as there were guests arriving so I had to cancel my massage. I was not happy but there was no apology or alternative offered. When Ernesto came on duty I spoke to him and he couldn’t understand why the receptionist had been so inflexible when he had said the check at 1 would be ok!
Also when I paid the bill I forgot that we had paid 2000 pesos in cash for a deposit (unusual but they said cash deposit was better) for things we may use at the hotel. This was not mentioned on the bill and it took a few days with lots of correspondence to get it refunded to my card. It was then refunded in dollars! Not that helpful as we are English so I will have to change it but it will cost extra (Revolut card) .
Some of the receptionists speak English but often especially in the morning there is no one there that does. Not a problem for us but could be for others.
Los servicios de Spa, el personal y las instalaciones son excelentes. Las Suites con vista al lago son lo mejor, tal vez no me quedaría en una habitación normal sin vista al lago ya que las demás dan al pasillo donde pasan otros huéspedes.
El lobby es algo pequeño y podrían tener sofás más cómodos allí. Es lo único “malo” que puedo decir.

Los servicios de Spa muy buenos y profesionales
La alberca es de agua HELADA, fue imposible meternos.
No tienen camastros para asolearse.
La comida del restaurante deja mucho que desear.
En resumen; no se justifica el costo de hospedaje.
La atención del personal y la limpieza.
Esperaba un desayuno mas completo, o por lo menos un buffet con fruta, omelets y por lo menos unos 3 guisos.
La carta de la comida también esta escasa, para mi gusto le falta mas variedad de platillos.....
El hotel estaba limpio
La verdad es que el servicio de restaurante muy malo. Tardaban horas en servir cualquier cosa. Unas papas a la francesa tardaron hora y media 🥴 el desayuno también lento.
También en mi reserva eran 3 habitaciones suite y 1 standar y nos dieron 2 standar y 2 suites. No me di cuenta hasta el otro dia q las habitaciones estaban mal
