Had a great stay at this hotel. Perfect location for me. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Rooms airy and always clean. And a nice pool area as well.

A special thanks to the front desk staff, always greeting ne with a big, warm smile -Breeze, Tangmo and Paen.
Also special thanks to Feiya who made an extra effort to help me with my booking.

Just finished a 5 night stay at the Park Plaza.

A lovely hotel, situated in a very convenient location with great transport links, but the real benefit is the staff!

Ms Breeze, Ms Tangmo, Mr Wat and Ms Dear are absolutely fantastic!!

Polite, caring, considerate and have a genuine interest in making sure you are 100% happy during your stay.

Nothing is a problem or an inconvenience, day or night.

I know that Thailand has a very positive customer service attitude in general, but the team at the Park Plaza are exceptional!!

Very comfortable room, very large bad and spacious shower, pool and bar at the roof had a great vibe and facilities.
The receptionists were very welcoming and amicable, especially Feiya! She was very helpful and accommodating :)

Not very happy with the property. They don’t have laundry. U have to give laundry before 10 am to get it next day at 3 pm. They don’t have much of menu options for Pure Veg and Vegan people despite being an Indian restaurant. The room rent was also high as compared to others.

Unfortunately the Park Plaza has declined considerably over the last few years. Once the place I always stayed, I will not be returning. Rooms and hotel interior are looking worn and run down. Cleanliness is suffering and service from the reception staff is also declined. Its the small things that make a great experience and those small things were absent on this visit. A great shame.

Mr Pean and Mr Oui were most impressive in their duties in the lobby. I felt like home for their reception all the time. Inspite of busy with the customers, they have attended me like their family member.

Mr Abhy the chef was so expert in making my choice of food.
Ms Reli was very impressive at her services

We first stayed at this hotel ~ 12 years ago and chose to stay again because of it's location. It is close to terminal 21 of the Sky train so it makes it easy to get out and about to various points in Bangkok. The hotel has been renovated over the years and presents it self as a modern, clean and well appointed hotel. The staff are courteous, friendly and keen to help. In particular Mr Paen on the concierge desk who was very helpful with our questions. The roof top pool area has had a total revamp and is a very pleasant place to unwind after a day out sightseeing.

The bedrooms are large, with all the usual facilities. Comfortable beds. Nice showers. Lots of storage space.

We only had breakfast at the hotel and the food was plentiful and varied.

All in all a good place to stay.

It’s my forth visit, and imperfections are becoming more noticeable. the corridors are a bit battered and could do with decoration , some of the bedroom fittings and fixtures are past their best , but it’s still ok. Air conditioning is a bit hit and miss Location is perfect , quiet enough but with enough bars and restaurants within walking/staggering distance. A roof top pool that’s a sun trap, and best of all great staff.
I think I would go elsewhere next time unless there is a substantial refit

Excellent service. Staff were very professional and helpful. From the start of checking in process with Miss Feiya and others to checking out, we were very happy with the service and hospitality.

Our interactions were exemplary. The staff on reception were most helpful and respectful. The concierge was a great source of help and advice. The restaurant and bar staff were most attentive. The staff as a whole helped to make our stay a very happy one.
Our room was clean and comfortable and well equipped. The hotel had good access to the metro and skyrail and was in walking distance to some shopping malls.
We felt it was good value.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for. The hotel is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what truly made my stay special was the exceptional staff.
A very heartfelt thank you to Namdrel, Dear, and Tangmo. Your kindness, professionalism, and beautiful smiles made every day brighter. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and you made me feel at home away from home.

All the employees I interacted with who were Breeze, Feiya, Tangmo, K, Oui, Wat and Dear were fantastic helpful and very friendly. They handled any issue or question I had perfectly and made my stay so much more enjoyable. I would love to stay here again in the near future.

Arrived to a warm welcome from Breeze and later also from K and the team. It is positioned 5 minute walk down Soi 18 from Sukhumvit. So near all the hubbub of the city but no noise pollution right nearby. Lovely rooftop pool. Rooms spacious and although laundry was late being delivered one day it was perfect. Room view was poor but expected that for the cheapest room. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Guy on concierge was lovely. Didn’t get his name. Reception team so friendly. Breakfast fine for about gbp 7 so cannot complain. Great spot, excellent value. Enjoy

We stayed here for 4 days and I must say the staff was very welcoming, polite and helpful.
Would gladly recommend this stay.
