Pros:

Location with direct access to the beach

Cons:

The bathroom was very small. The breakfast was ok but did not meet the standard I would expect from a property of this level.

Gran Hotel 5 estrellas de verdad.
Pros:

El servicio. En los detalles mas simples.

Cons:

El restoran tiene pocas ofertas y es caro. Y decorado feo.
Pero no lo usamos y listo. Todo está muy cerca a pie.

Hotel mit toller Ambiance an einmaliger Lage.
Pros:

Einmalige Lage, schöner Strand, guter Design-Mix alt/modern, nettes Personal. Die Doppelzimmer mit der grossen Terrasse sind toll.

Cons:

Frühstück, reiche Auswahl an süssen und währschaften Speisen, aber wenige Auswahl an gesunden Speisen und Obst (keine Beeren trotz Saison, wenige unterschiedliche Yoghurts), immer gleiche Süssigkeiten. Inhalt Smoothies nicht angeschrieben, unhygienisch präsentiert. Lange Wartezeit bei Getränken. Aber sehr gutes, eigenes Brot.

Neu werden verlängerte Abreisezeiten mit horrenden Strand- und Parkplatzgebühren verrechnet, in diesem Ausmass nicht akzeptabel!

Terza fila
Cons:

Con tutta la spiaggia libera siamo stati sistemati in terza fila perché, ci hanno detto ma questo non era nemmeno accennato quando ho prenotato, i posti sulla spiaggia dipendevano dal tipo di camera prenotata.
Sono stata in alberghi in tutto il mondo e non ho mai trovato una politica simile. Se proprio vuoi adottare regole del genere devi almeno scriverlo al momento della prenotazione. La mia camera non era delle più economiche, il lettino in spiaggia era il peggiore che ci fosse. Mi sono rifiutata di stare in terza fila von tutti i posti davanti a me vuoti (e per quello che ho visto sono rimasti vuoti) e siamo andati in una spiaggia poco più in là in prima fila. Era maggio e non c’era proprio problema di posto. Eravamo andati ad Alassio per goderci il mare senza folla ed ecco il risultato.
In un albergo sulla spiaggia direi che il trattamento in spiaggia è una cosa molto importante. Se avessi letto prenotando che alla mia camera era assegnato un posto in terza fila di sicuro avrei cambiato albergo! Bagnino molto scortese. Ce ne siamo andati via.

Great hotel right on the beach, very short walking distance of the shops in town.

Location: in town and right on the beach. Good food, friendly staff. Spacious room with amazing sea view.

Cons:

Room price is quite high. Shower could have been cleaner (the joints of the tiles).

Very enjoyable, just being able to walk out onto the private hotel beach area is fabulous. Can’t wait to go back
