Excelente experiencia, equipo de atención genial! Actividades de entretenimiento increíbles.
Pros:

Desayuno excelente, habitaciones muy cómodas, el equipo es increíble, todos atentos a todos y enfocados en brindar el mejor servicio (todos ellos). Opciones de actividades.

Cons:

Aceso, la carretera no esta buena, hay partes con muchos huecos, con riscos para los vehículos además de retrasar el trayecto.

Whatever you do - do not book the dome!
Pros:

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Debbie in particular helped me. If you like nature it's way out there - def need a 4x4 and comfortable driving steep to go to the dome.

Cons:

I booked the dome for the use of the soaking tub. Also for the views. Whatever you do - do not book the dome! There was NO HOT WATER to take a bath which was the only reason I booked it. Maintenance spent 2 hours the first night working on it. It worked for 2 seconds then turned freezing cold. Next day same problem. Very disappointing. Debbie helped me get a partial refund (20 % - not enough in my opinion). In addition the dome has a plastic smell that is very hard to take - no fresh air so i had them open the tiny screened flaps and saw so much mold in between the velcro. Also a lot of mold in between the inner lining of the dome and the plastic. The views were not great because of the condensation on the plastic and also looked like hasn't been cleaned in a while. Stick to the tours here, don't stay here at least not in the dome - it's not worth the money! Hanging Bridges tour was great - guide David was excellent!

Terrible breakfast and terrible morning stuff.
Pros:

The room was really spacious and good. The dinner was served and we were taken care of most nicest way

Cons:

In the night something hitted the roof if our room several times really hard.
The breakfast was a disaster by every meaning. Totally opposite of the dinner. Arrived to breakfast 9am and everything was out. Waited for coffee 10min. The new eggs were brought 25 mins later. For the breakfast the hotel should be rated as 1. Not more. Very unpleasant experience.

Lugar para estar rodead@ de verde.
Pros:

Lugar rodeado de naturaleza. Al día siguiente nos tuvimos que ir temprano y nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar.

Cons:

No es que no me guste, está lejos de todo, igualmente ofrecen tansfers gratuitas durante el día para ir y volver del pueblo. La comida no tiene relación con los precios, cara para la calidad de la misma.

El desayuno estaba delicioso y muy completo

En realidad, todo me gustó. Era exactamente lo que estaba buscando y superó mis expectativas.
Solo extrañé un poco no poder tener café en la habitación para poder ver el amanecer acompañada de una bebida caliente. ☕🌄
