La atención del personal. Me cobraron una copa que había en una de las habitaciones. No he estado en ningún hotel ni restaurante donde te cobren una copa porque se ha roto, es muy cutre. Los empleados de recepción muy poco agradables, no fueron capaces de contactar conmigo antes de ir al Hotel, se confundieron de teléfono y no pudimos hacer lo que queriamos, muy poco facilitadores, no es una buena atención al cliente.

Las habitaciones de abajo dejan filtrar el ruido de las contiguas . Nos limitaron el volumen de la televisión, supongo que para evitar que el ruido moleste a los vecinos. . Deben colocar letreros de no pasar hacia áreas donde están construyendo ( me iba a dirigir hacia un área donde hay unas fuentes de agua tipo cascadas naturales y un trabajador me llamó la atención de una forma un poco tosca. Nos sentimos apenados )
Aunque éramos cuatro personas , solo nos dejaron para el aseo de una.

Really great hotel, loved having facilities all on site.
Pros:

בחדר היה ריח של עובש מאוד חזק. רחוק מהמרכז כל יציאה למרכז דרושה בהסעה שאטל או מונית אין גישה למקום אם אתה לא עם רכב.
