mediocre, bad air conditioning, bad service, mediocre breakfast with a nice view
Pros:

The day I left was the best part: very regrettable hotel choice, and more like a 1-2 star hotel at best.

Cons:

mediocre breakfast, unhelpful staff/unprofessional, hot/stuffy rooms with poor airconditioning.

Ihan ok hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla
Pros:

Aamiainen oli ok, mutta valikoimaa oli vähän. Ravintolasta oli kiva näkymä kaupungille. Sijainti hyvä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Cons:

Huone oli hieman vaatimaton, korkea hinta hotellin tasoon nähden. Informaatioita oli saatavilla huonosti.

Hyvä aamiainen. Hyvät sängyt. Loistava sijainti. 5 min kävelymatkan päässä parkkihalli, missä vrk maksu € 23.

Cons:

Jos huone kadun puolelle, öisin saattaa kuulua meteliä kadulta.

Ottimo hotel, consigliatissimo per soggiorno di piacere a Milano, come nel nostro caso. Ritorneremo molto volentieri.
Pros:

La cosa più affascinante è la sala delle colazioni. Si gode di una vista unica.

Cons:

Nella camera il televisore non era all’altezza dell’hotel. Piccolina, pur essendoci spazio a sufficienza per una tv più grande, e non smart. Solo 4 canali Sky.

Short, comfortable and definitely will come back again.
Pros:

It was at a very location, the hotel itself had a very posh feel to it, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern built with all facilities available to a comfortable concierge with welcome drink.

Cons:

Nothing bad to say.

Posizione .Vista .Letto e bagno comodissimi .Colazione eccezionale!Se aggiornate in questo hotel fate assolutamente permanenza con la colazione inclusa ,gusterete una colazione di altissima qualità con la vista irripetibile dal tredicesimo piano !

Pros:

Great location within walking distance of the city center,with two metro stations nearby. rooms are small, clean but still comfortable ,especially for business trips. Nice breakfast and the view from the 13-th floor breakfast room is exceptional. Frendly ,multilingual staff.

Cons:

room cleanliness is acceptable, but not quite at the level I would expect for the price. there was dust and while it was tolerable ,housekeeping could definitely be improved.
