The room we’re dusty and the shower had mold
Sehr gute Lage, nahe dem Zentrum und nahe an der Station der Metro M4, die unter anderem auch direkt zum Flughafen Linate führt. Ein absolutes Highlight ist das Restaurant im 13. Stock mit Aussichtsterrasse, wo auch das Frühstücksbuffet stattfindet. Dieses ist nicht sensationell, aber ok, und speziell Freunde von Süßem kommen mit Kuchenvarianten und Gebäck auf ihre Rechnung. Die Betten sind bequem, Verdunkelungsvorhänge sorgen für ungestörten Schlaf.
Ein etwas unangenehmer ranziger Geruch in Teilen des Hauses, und die recht abgewohnten Teppichböden.

1)Стильний інтерʼєр, який потребує ремонту, хоча він на багато новіший за ремонти в інших готелях подібного цінового діапазону. Тріщини в раковинах, душова кабіна, яка протікає, лійка погано працює.
2) номер був заброньований на 2 дорослі людини. Ми проживали з дитиною 1 рік. При поселені не запропонували додаткове ліжко дитяче. Номер був укомплектований на одну особу.
3) при виїзді нам донарахували за міні бар, те що ми не вживали (а саме що було не доукомплектування в першу добу, напевно. Немає переліку того, що має бути і в якій кількості в міні барі). 21 євро, не багато, але дуже залишився непридатний осад
4) перший готель, де за сніданок взяли оплату за 1-річну дитину. Хоча за тиждень обʼїздили 4 готель. 7,5 євро в принципі не багато.
5) відсутня вода для гостей в номері - тільки за окрему плату
6) персонал дуже не привітний. Без додаткового прохання не проявляють ініціативу - хоча готель має 4 зірки
7) про доступність та інклюзію в готелі взагалі напевно не чули. Починаючи з того,» як з дитячою коляскою заїхати. Щоб дійти до ліфта треба подолати сходи
8) після прибирання в номері не змінили набори в ванній кімнаті (ватні набори тощо)
9) в номері є чайник та чай з кавою, проте воду мусиш купувати або з-під крану наливати, відсутні чашки - наявні тільки паперові стаканчики в кількості 2 шт. Це просто сором.
