Das Hotel war eine gute Wahl.
Pros:

Sehr guter Eindruck von diesem Hotel. Wir haben zuerst ein Raucherzimmer bekommen, das man uns sofort ausgetauscht hat. Die Lage ist gut und ruhig.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück haben wir eine Kaffeemaschine vermisst. Der gestandene "american coffee" war scheusslich. Das Bestellen eines Cappuccino hat zu lange gedauert. Sonst war das Frühstück gut.

Aangenaam en spectaculair uitzicht restaurant

Op nog geen 10 minuten lopen van Piazza de Duomo en winkelgebied ligt dit hotel op een prima locatie. Ook kleine straatjes met leuke winkeltjes in de directe omgeving. Grote parkeergarage direct achter het hotel. Goede kamers helaas zonder te openen ramen. Douche in de badkuip, dus hoge instap en niet geschikt voor oudere gasten. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en prima verzorgd. Uitzicht vanaf 13e etage is spectaculair. Helaas kende het personeel de koffievariant 'triple shot espresso' niet. Op de eerste avond wilden wij een dessert en koffie gebruiken en werden wij geweigerd door de receptioniste van het restaurant terwijl 80 % van de tafels niet bezet was. Gelukkig had een (b)aardige medewerker meer gevoel voor service en hielp ons aan een tafel. Uiteindelijk € 124 besteed deze avond, wat door de receptioniste gemist zou zijn.

Hotel approved me to have one matress and not 2 but when came to hotel not only it was not true but reception explained they cant do that in the hotel. was not nice being with my wife in twoseperate matresses
twice in breakfast was empty. meaning they ran out of food and took very long ti,me to replenish
