Blu Hotel Acquaseria

Alexandra gave me an amazing sports massage.
The staff on reception and in the dining room were very helpful and friendly, apart from the main waiter who managed the dining room, there was a group of 14 of us, he was so rude to all of us at different times throughout our week, to the point where I felt uncomfortable eating in the dining room due to his rudeness.
The food for dinner was abit hit and miss, it was often very salty and you felt like they were either throwing the food down you, so as soon as you finished one course your next course was on the table, or they ignored you and never took your order!!!!

Un ÉNORME MERCI au jeune homme qui a attendu notre arrivée tardive imprévue (plus de minuit !) alors que nous aurions dû arriver autour de 19H ! Aimable, gentil et efficace !!!
Une belle et immense résidence ! les chambres sont grandes, la propreté et le calme parfaits !
Stationnement fermé et sécurisé pour nos motos (ou pour votre voiture !).
L'environnement est magnifique, idéal pour la randonnée en été, le ski en hiver !
Restauration/commerces dans un petit village tout proche.

La struttura soddisfa le aspettative del 4 stelle, sia in termini di servizi a disposizione, sia come camera.
Il personale non ha sempre dimostrato la cordialità o la professionalità attese, in occasione di alcuni semplici richieste fin dal momento del check-in.

Non entusiasmante la colazione.

LOCATION FANTASTICA alle porte del paese e con tanta facilità nel raggiungere da lì il centro e tutte le attrazioni turistiche (impianti di risalita).
PULIZIA delle camere e della struttura in generale.
PERSONALE DI SERVIZIO cortese, preciso e rapido.
CUCINA strabiliante, variegata e davvero golosa.
SICURAMENTE CONSIGLIATO A FAMIGLIE CON PICCOLI BIMBI.

It was a beautiful holiday in the name of tranquility. An unparalleled silence and peace, here you sleep sweet dreams. Jovanni made me the best gin fizz I have ever drunk. At the reception everyone is polite and the food is excellent. Very nice

Ottima struttura molto moderna

Our trip was Winter for skiing, but the wellness centre facilities were excellent. The restaurant prices need reducing since evening meal options are limited and if you had children would be very expensive. Other than that, the hotel was very good. Reduce the restaurant prices, open up the dinner menu and make it outstanding.

Excellent stay in a beautiful establishment where we were pampered by the kind and nice crew!

Excellent Hotel , nice and clean. Ponte de Legno is a beautiful little town with some nice places to go. The hotel has a private entrance off the SS42 which is very convenient.

Bellissima esperienza, hotel moderno con personale molto professionale e gentile, attendo alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo cenato lì e di nuovo ci hanno stupiti. Un vero 4 stelle!!

Absolutely stunning hotel! There are some reviews about people complaining that they no one spoke English at this hotel but that wasn’t our experience at all, the front desk did, the bartender did, the ladies at breakfast did. It was completely fine and no one was rude to us at all. The breakfast was SO good. We didn’t stay long enough to check out the spa, but it looked really nice, it’s $30 a person for 3 hours. I think this is fairly standard. It was super easy to walk to town center, and we ate at a great pizza place. The town looks like something out of a fairytale!

Un buon hotel, dotato di spa e decisamente confortevole. Purtroppo è un pò distante dal centro e SOPRATTUTTO non è dotato di aria condizionata!!! Con le estati sempre più torride non mi sento di consigliarlo durante le varie ondate di calore estive - dormire alla notte è impossibile. Fa troppo, troppo caldo e la struttura non oddre nemmeno qualche ventilatore.

Ottima struttura, facile da raggiungere (in auto) e grande disponibilità di parcheggio.
L’hotel è molto bello, la colazione ottima e abbondante, cena con livelli alti. La stanza che ho prenotato (standard matrimoniale) era abbastanza basic, ma molto grande e pulita.
La Spa è molto bella e nuova, scontata per i clienti (35 euro, 3 ore). Inoltre è presente deposito sci gratuito , navetta gratuita la mattina e pomeriggio per la partenza della cabinovia.

Staff were very helpful, particularly the staff at the bar. Rooms were spacious and attractive. Everything very clean. Public areas were a bit soulless. Walking to either the foot of the slopes or the centre of town was about 12 minutes but particularly the slopes wasn't an attractive or direct route. Access to the small pool area was limited to a few hours in the morning unless you paid €35 for spa access.

Chegamos antecipado e fizeram nosso check in 🙏 gostamos muito atendimento da recepção e os quartos muito limpo e cama confortável , o jantar foi excelente parabéns ao chef do hotel a apresentação da comida e o sabor deu para sentir que os ingredientes eram frescos e bem preparado e fomos muito bem recepcionado pelo garçom Leandro ,voltaremos com certeza

Hotel molto bello, camere ampie e pulite. Personale gentile, soprattutto le simpaticissime signore addette alle pulizie. Molta attenzione a promuovere la zona wellness interna, piuttosto che a servizi per visitare e godere al meglio del bellissimo territorio fuori dall’hotel.
