Pros:

Der kleine Supermarkt im Haus ist super, gegenüber gibt es sogar einen kleinen african eastern. Zahlreiche Restaurants in der Gegend, gute Metro-anbindung(13min Fußweg über Hinterausgang)

This day was OK, but I think your breakfast could be better and your options for dining could be better. Your stuff are not too flexible with changes and I could not word Canadian dollars into UAE currency.

Pros:

Arrived late afternoon. Turned shower on and no hot water. Called reception and they sent maintenance guy. He turned taps on and said let it run. We did for 20 minutes before hot water came through. We had a reservation fir dinner which we were late for. Apart from that a pleasant stay.

Late checkin at 4pm.. booked deluxe room king bed to find out it was 2 single beds put together which was not comfortable.. at 9am someone nocked on door and walked in straight away to say room service even though i had dont disturb on door and it was my last day!! Also sound proof seems to be an issue. But price was good to be fair

I had an amazing experience at check-in, thanks to the incredibly friendly and helpful lady. She gave me a really warm welcome and took the time to explain all the details about the hotel, including the free bus service times - highly appreciated! The check-in and check-out process also went very smoothly, which I'm very grateful for. I would definitely recommend this service and hotel!

Très sécuritaire. Propre. Personnel efficace, gentil et rapide.
Tirtha l'employé aux valises , tres aimable et fort travaillant, connaît bien la ville , il m'a aidé avec mon plan de choses à faire et où aller d'abord.
Rien de négatif a dire , chambre super!
