Pas au niveau d’un quatre étoiles du point des équipements et Services.

Sa localisation, l’extrême gentillesse de son personnel et sa propreté

En terme d’équipement et de service, cet établissement n’est pas au niveau d’u. quatre étoiles. La chambre était vétuste et petite. Elle était également limite en terme de sécurité. Les interrupteurs étaient cassés, le fil de la lampe de chevet dénudé . Dans la salle de bain. Les poignées de la porte de douche n’était pas les mêmes., le lavabo s’écoulait difficilement le miroir était piqué et le bas de la porte était usé. Il a fallu que nous demandions plusieurs fois à ce que la climatisation soit réglée. En vain. Nous avons eu chaud pendant tout le séjour.. contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur les photos, personne nous attendait sur le ponton pour sortir nos bagages du taxi, le petit déjeuner n’est pas fait de produits frais, les œufs sont industriels.

I liked the spacious room. The staff were attentive and friendly.

I was put on a floor which had to be reached by a flight of stairs. However the staff helped me with my bag going up and down.

De bedden waren goed en er was een goede geluidsisolatie.

Het was vaak best lang lopen naar restaurants en bezienswaardigheden.
De waterbus is naast te deur, maar deed vaak erg lang over een korte afstand.

Venedig pur, sehr schön, entspannt und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit Blick auf den Canale Grande.
Die Lage zentral und für alle Aktivitäten super geeignet, ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Vaporetto oder mit Gondel.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend und von allem etwas da und das Buffet wurde ständig frisch aufgefüllt.

Posizione ottima. Graziosa la vista dalla camera. Camera grande e spaziosa. Personale cortese e disponibile.

Servizi in camera non all'altezza di un 4 stelle e del prezzo corrisposto. Da una struttura di alta categoria ci si sarebbe aspettato almeno qualche bottiglia d'acqua ed il bollitore con caffè e thè a disposizione della clientela come segno di cortesia. Il frigobar si è presentato vuoto. La colazione buona, indubbiamente, ma scarna per hotel di categoria alta. Dettagli che non passano inosservati.

La situation est très bonne, sur une artère très vivante, à quelques mètres du vaporeto, du traghetto et du Rialto. J'ai pu découvir le cannaregio, quartier vivant autrement, plus authentiquement, avec de super bars et restos non touristiques. La chambre était très propre et grande. J'ai très bien dormi car chambre très calme. Petit déjeuner très bien.

Cons:

Ma chambre, 109, a besoin d'un coup de travail de rénovation. Porte de meuble cassée, miroir fendu, toilette qui coule. Sinon ce fut très bien.

La ubicación y comodidad de la habitación es muy buena.

Cons:

El personal no fue cálido, a diferencia del resto de Italia. El sistema de aire acondicionado estaba con desperfectos y el baño tenía olor a desagüe, además el extractor no funcionaba.
