Posizione ed struttura dell’hotel
Servizi in camera: prese aperte (sicurezza molto bassa); frigo bar vuoto; kit cortesia nel bagno basico ( da hotel 2 stelle)! Manca attenzione servizi al Cliente in camera soprattutto. Da rivedere, pur nella gentilezza dello staff!

bel hôtel chambre spacieuse literie très confortable,grande salle de bain bien situé par rapport au transport(vaporetto) silencieux excellent petit déjeuner(classique)personnel très sympatique et accueillant, belle décoration dans les espaces communs
un bon coup de peinture dans les chambres ne serait pas de trop

Bathroom up one flight. I am 77 and the stairs were difficult.
Location with vaporetti stop right outside. Great view from floor 1 reception area (no view from our room.) Breakfast and coffee were good.
Bar wasn’t really a bar, just the breakfast room, so no atmosphere and it was closed on Saturday night when I returned before 10pm and no one would open it, even to take to the room. Bathroom smelt of drains but that’s probably just a hazard of being on the canal. Shower flooded.
La camera era molto fredda e purtroppo non siamo riusciti a scaldarla bene. Inoltre, la finestra dava sul cortile interno, quindi la stanza risultava piuttosto buia. Nel complesso l’esperienza non è stata delle migliori.
