Traumhaft für eine kurze Auszeit.. wie eine Zeitreise
Pros:

Wir haben uns eine Suite mit Blick auf den Canal Grande gegönnt. Es war traumhaft. Die Deckenhöhe, der über 2 Meter hohe Kronleuchter, ein Traum. Das Geld war es uns wert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Die Lage perfekt, der Vaporetto hält direkt vor dem Hotel. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder in dieses Hotel gehen, wenn wir Venedig besuchen.

Perfect location, voluptuous rooms, great staff
Pros:

Fantastic location- right by the main vaporetto stop and easy to walk everything, including the Fondamente Novo station. Our room was crazy big and beautiful. The breakfast place was super cute and the outdoor area was a lovely place to have a prosecco or beer at the end of the day.

Pros:

Precis vid kanel, nära stationen för att kunna ta båten till olika stationer vilket var extremt smidigt! Tyvärr gick vi inte ett trevligt rum. Vi bokade detta hotell specifikt för att få utsikt mot kanalen. Men gick ett rum uppe på vinden utan fönster och snedtak så lågt i taken som vi fick huka oss… inte alls nöjd med tanken på priset vi betalade och med förväntan att få se kanalen från fönstret. Personalen på plats var trevlga.

Pros:

Prostrana soba sa velikim udobnim bračnim krevetom. Prekrasan namjestaj i veliki luster. Velika kupaonica. Sve čisto. Ljubazno osoblje uvijek na raspolaganju. Hotel je prekrasno uređen. Ostati će nam u sjećanju na lijepi provod u Veneciji i na proslavu 25. godina našeg vjenčanja.

Only issue was a couple of things in the room , like the air con not working very well and few issues with the shower and bath.

Great location, but disappointing service and an unpleasant check-in experience.
Pros:

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Venice

Cons:

We were initially given a smaller room than the one we had booked and paid for. We had to argue with the reception staff before we were eventually given the correct room. The receptionist was rude and showed very little consideration, which made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant.

I have already told you that I should leave this hotel and stay in the next one.

When we reached there to check in, the girl who was the receptionist refused to let us check in because we had a 14-year-old son with us. She said to shift him to another hotel. He couldn't stay here. Then there was another hotel next to it. We went there and checked in. We stayed in that hotel. We couldn't stay in that hotel. The behavior of the receptionist was extremely rude and very bad, even insulting. So I left that hotel and stayed in the next hotel,
