Cons:

Die Hotelbar schließt leider schon um 21.00 Uhr, das ist sehr schade zumal es einen wunderschönen Loungebereich mit Garten gibt. Ein toller Ort mit Blick auf den Canale Grande.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Pesaro Palace and would not recommend it to anyone considering the price point.

The staff were rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself felt run-down and poorly maintained. Our air conditioning didn’t work for the entire stay, and despite repeated requests, nobody came to fix it. The bathroom sink clogged almost instantly, and the bathroom overall looked worn and neglected. The room itself was dirty, and the duvet was old, stained, and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned or replaced.

For what you pay, you deserve better service and basic cleanliness — this hotel delivers neither. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.

Lokacija hotela je dobra i praktična za obilazak Venecije.

Cons:

Soba je po dolasku bila izrazito rashlađena, gotovo neugodno hladna. Temperaturu klime nije moguće samostalno regulirati, nego je za svaku promjenu potrebno kontaktirati recepciju, što je prilično nepraktično. Također, jastuci su bili dosta neudobni.

Pros:

Vue exceptionnelle sur le grand canal et emplacement pratique à l'embarcadère du vaporetto. Très proche d'une grande rue commerçante.
Hotel très calme et luxueux.

Cons:

Pas d'eau ni de café dans la chambre. Pour un palace c'est incompréhensible.
Baignoire à hydrojets qui ne fonctionne pas.
