Our Second Stay—and We Loved It Again!
Pros:

This was our second stay at Pesaro Palace in Venice, and once again, it didn't disappoint. We love this hotel for its friendly and welcoming staff, beautiful character, classic Venetian design, and fantastic location.

The hotel is in the heart of Venice, within easy walking distance of wonderful shops, cafés, and restaurants. One of the biggest advantages is that you can arrive directly at the hotel by either private water taxi or the public vaporetto, making it incredibly convenient. It's also only about a 10-minute journey from Venezia Santa Lucia train station.

Communication with the hotel was excellent. The reception team kindly arranged a private water taxi transfer for us from Marco Polo Airport directly to the hotel upon request (at an additional cost), and everything was seamless.

We highly recommend Pesaro Palace to anyone visiting Venice and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to this beautiful city.

Ottima location, posizione super, comodissima la fermata del vaporetto a 50mt. La suite di dimensioni enormi offre una vista panoramica sul canal grande strepitosa e l'arredamento in puro stile veneziano ti immerge in un'atmosfera Veneziana al 100%. Io la consiglio vivamente perché struttura, camera e personale sono il Top.

De locatie was uitstekend, en het ontbijt was prima

Cons:

Ten eerste werden we gestuurd naar een kamer op de 5e verdieping wat meer een zolder is zonder ramen. Na aandringen bij de balie hebben we een kamer gekregen op de 4e verdieping, terwijl ik op het formuliertje zag dat eigenlijk een kamer op de 1e verdieping voor mij was gereserveerd.
Verder werkte de airco zeer slecht. Deze wordt bediend door de receptie, dus er is geen eigen controle over de airco.
Als laatst, de lift was vanaf dag 1 al kapot, dus we moesten continu met de trap naar de 4e verdieping.
