Great location and plenty of things to do
Room service not done one day
My son and mother enjoyed what was available for entertainment, the garden was lovely and the pools where great, my son loved the gaming room

The Bed was quite comfortable.
Pool and other amenities looked like they would be great for vacationing families.
Shower pressure wasn't great and consistently ran hot & cold.
Desk chair frame was loose and screws coming out.

The pillows were flat and we had ants in our bathroom and all we got was i am sorry you experienced that and it may have to do with the weather

The rooms close to the main road is very noisy

Room was not clean, smelt funny, bed too soft, no where convenient to plug in kettle, no complimentary water, table sticky, staff did not feel welcoming, room not the same as in photos online (online looked renovated), place just looked run down. Disappointed as we paid a premium price compared to other motels expecting a modern clean room as shown on Bookings. Very disappointed.
Good central location
Hair-dryer didn't work, 1 spoon, 1 coffee mug and 1 small cup. Bed average.
The staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The facilities were great. Two pools. The indoor pool was heated. Sauna, Gym, mini golf, pool table and table tennis. 10 minute walk to town. Will stay again.
if you are a light sleeper there was traffic noise heard in the room as it was facing the road.
The location was good. Room was a great size
The light is quite dull and also need better pillows as very flat and uncomfortable
