It was in a good, central location.
Pros:

The pool area appeared well manicured and very pleasant.

Cons:

This property was very ‘tired looking’ and in need of renovating. The front units, facing the highway, were unbelievably noisy at night with constant traffic, predominately trucks.

Not worth $140 nightly fee.
Cons:

Rooms are in poor condition. Beds are very old, and move easily. Mattress is very soft. Parts of cabinetry missing. Dust on PowerPoints. Very very old fixtures and fittings. Door had to be slammed for the latch the catch. Dirty mouldy seat on walkway outside the door. Sound proofing to the street extremely poor. As it is on the main road traffic noise is very loud.

Really good location. There is a games room, 2 pools and lots of grassy areas to sit and relax.
Pros:

Location was great, could easily walk to shops, clubs and pubs. Nice having an outdoor and indoor pool. We used the indoor pool. Lots of facilities for a family.

Cons:

The property was run down, but clean. Bed wasn't the greatest. Traffic was quite noisy at night.

Awesome location, amazing facilities but a bit shabby around the edges, in need of a spruce up.
Pros:

Facilities offered a lot, Indoor and Outdoor pools, Gym, Sauna, Pool and Table Tennis tables, Tennis court and mini golf.

Cons:

Everything was very shabby, rotten timber, chunks of concrete and tiles broken in the pool, sauna light broken, stained walls, a general level of wear and tear and grubbyness. The armchairs in our room had stains on them from other guests food or worse. Tennis court and mini golf covered with leaves and sticks, the facilities are good but they are not well maintained. This place would be amazing if well maintained but I feel it has been let become tired and shabby.

It was a nice place to stay
Pros:

We didn't try the breakfast

Cons:

When ever you'd leave and come back your parking close to the room would be taken, reserving parking to the rooms would have been ideal

Also would be nice if the pools didn't colse so early people love night swims we really didn't like that it was closed at 8pm

Pleasant, but didn’t match the marketing.
Pros:

The outdoor resort area was good. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms require a lot of upgrading and are not reflective of the photos. It is a stretch to call it a deluxe room. To reflect the quality of the room, the price should have been at least $40 cheaper per night.

Comfortable stay but property needs a facelift.
Pros:

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. The outdoor pool area was bright and cheerful and well maintained. This area was beautiful. It was lovely sitting out there for lunch. Being able to store our bags on arrival and departure was so helpful and very much appreciated.

Cons:

The indoor pool, gym and games area was very tired and not at all inviting. The air hockey table was broken. The indoor area was dark and worn.
The photos on the website did not match the actual appearance of the tennis court or the indoor pool or the decor of our room. There was a big space in our room where I assume a sofa should have been and would have been nice. Outside our room was a table but no outdoor chairs so to sit on the balcony we had to bring out chairs from inside. Very disappointing that we were not given milk when we checked in (was not in the fridge...you had to ask at reception) so we did not know until we read the small print in the compendium later in the evening that you had to ask. After we came back from dinner ready for a cup of tea, reception was closed, so could not get milk. Very disappointing. This is the absolute minimum we'd expect from a motel stay. Only one roll of toilet paper for a two night stay...even after room had been serviced. Should not have to ask for extra. WiFi did not work.
Unfortunately the promotion of this motel as a resort is quite misleading and the property needs a facelift to justify the price we paid for a deluxe queen room. It was not deluxe.
