Vriendelijk wordt je ontvangen, goede locatie en goed ontbijt. Kamers zijn wat aan de kleine kant

Het ontbijt is erg goed, voldoende keus en er staat genoeg. Vriendelijke medewerker, je wordt fijn ontvangen.

Cons:

De kamer en badkamer is erg klein. Airco zou fijn zijn. En we hadden niet door dat je een kaartje aan de deur moest hangen als je schone handdoeken wilden hebben. Maar is opgelost

Ligging heel centraal in Valkenburg. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Schone kamer

Cons:

Het was erg warm op de kamer. De ventilator die er stond was aan vervanging toe, maakte veel bijgeluiden.

Locatie is echt top! Personeel onwijs vriendelijk en het ontbijtje was heerlijk en genoeg tijd om op het gemak te ontbijten.

Cons:

Op Booking.com was een Bad te zien op de foto's dus ik had de wat duurdere kamer aangeklikt omdat ik graag een lekker bad wilde. Helaas bleek je kleine letters te hebben moeten lezen dat het bad of douche was....

Cons:

Unfortunately, I had a very awkward situation something I never experienced before.
I left a personal item in the hotel. I contacted the hotel who said if they find it they would contact me.
I was sure the item was there so contacted again 1 week later to get and updated. Reception lady ... Needs training... Said they found the item but could not explain why I hadn't been contacted. I asked if they could post it back, she said no because it was "too expensive" when I asked the price she had absolutely no idea and said she would need to check .. the whole conversation was awkward where at some stage I was wondering if the hotel would make any effort to help me get my belonging.
In the end posting it was "very expensive "... 12e.
