Please note that guests are advised to park their car on the off-site public parking area "Walramplein", located at 328 feet from the property. After check-in, guests have the possibility to request a private off-site parking space at the property at a surcharge of EUR 12 per verhicle per night. Zoooo mooi complex het appartement zo mooi en groot en netjes en schoon
We hadden een appartement gehuurd. Ruim, netjes en midden in het centrum. Ruime badkamer met ruime inloopdouche, keuken van alle gemakken voorzien en een bankje voor de deur buiten. Jumbo om de hoek. Station 10 minuten lopen.
De matrassen waren erg zacht.

Prachtig hotel op een super plek midden in het hart van het centrum. Nette kamers . Alles was super schoon . Kamer niet groot maar wel had alles wat je nodig hebt . Geen airco maar wel een heerlijke ventilator klaar gezet. Het personeel is super aardig . En denken graag met je mee . Ontbijt goed verzorgd . Zeker komen we nog een keertje terug

Ontbijt was super ruime keus en alles was heerlijk , dame aan de receptie was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam
Kamer heel klein wel heel netjes , bed was aan vervanging toe was ellendig zacht, het was 34 graden buiten en er stond alleen een ventilator binnen rond de 40 graden dus dat was niet voldoende

The location and the friendliness of the female evening staff member on duty.
The location is ideal for the main street, which contains the majority of the bars and restaurants. It's a short walk to the castle remains, the caves tour, and a 10 minute walk from the railway station. The hotel room was very clean and the bathroom again very clean.
The room was very small, with little space to store belongings when unpacked. No wardrobe, just hangers above the suitcase shelf. The bathroom was again very small. The lift again very small with only a maximum of two people, and with large suitcases this can be quite a squeeze. On checking out the lift didn't work resulting in me having to carry my suitcase down a very steep staircase.
During my stay the electrical power to my room went off. My travel companion told the lady on reception and she replied rather rudely "That's impossible", however she went to check and the circuit switch had tripped, proving it IS possible. No apology from the receptionist. Not a very nice lady to be honest.
No staff to hand my door card to or to ask me was everything okay with my stay when I checked out.
De locatie is fantastisch. Je zit meteen in het centrum. Personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk.
Sommige zaken waren wel toe aan herstel: plinten zaten los, wat voegen konden wel vervangen worden etc.

Beds, although single beds, they were very comfortable.
No air con & no fridge which would have made a big difference. Not sure how you’d get on in the middle of summer with the heat. The rooms are clean but not spotless and the balcony could do with some attention. However, this was our second stay due to the location.
Location was perfect, with everything on hand and close by. Very quiet area - perfect for sleeping. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Whilst on Business, I feel I now need to come back on vacation to truly experience Valkenburg.
