Gute Lage, gute Unterstell- Lademöglichkeit für‘s E-Bike.
Kein W- LAN im Zimmer, schmutzige Fenster, Wasser im Waschbecken lief nicht gut ab, zu viele Möbel im Raum, dreckige Klobürste.
From arriving there, we were met by a very friendly and efficient lady at the front desk. She showed real interest in us and we had a lovely conversation. She pointed out worthwhile sights to see and she really made us feel welcome. The location is, of course, brilliant! We had to see Lange Jaap, which is right down the street. We enjoyed the walk along the dyke and next to the see and stopped off for drinks at the nearby pub as well. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
There is nothing that bothered us at all. Therefore, I really do not have any suggestion to make here. One thing - and this is totally out of the hotel's control - it would be nice if there were Ubers available. But once again, the friendly lady came to our rescue and booked a local taxi which was there within minutes.

Het restaurant op het gelijksvloer was voor ons een beetje teleurstellend. Ook te duur voor wat we gegeten hadden.

Personeel was heel vriendelijk en het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid.

Clean and friendly and the food was good. Nice location. The staff were very nice and very helpful.
Poor attention to detail. The newer annex was filled with poorly fitted items, fixed off kilter etc. fan was noisy but inefficient. Shower was a fitment to a bath. No decent size drinking glass provided. No opening window. Beds drifted apart in the night.
I paid for a good quality hotel and paid more than my usual budget. I expected quite a bit more and instead, it felt as though should be walking around with a snag list and shouting at maintenance and facilities management staff.
The food was good but the evening and breakfast menus were limited and just standard fare.
With an improvement team sent in to look closely at this hotel it would become worth the money. In future if I was again in Nordwijk, I would be seeking out an Ibis or Premiere for the same facilities and quality for less money.

Mooie locatie direct aan zee en voor mij als sportieveling kon ik vanuit het hotel direct in de natuur hardlopen
Had gehoopt op een laadpunt voor mijn elektrische auto, gelukkig was deze wel een paar straten verderop.
Centraal gelegen, schoon en een goed bed
Douchen in bad is voor de ouderen onder ons lastig
Fijn zwembad, fijne sportschool, nette badkamer. Douchen in bad ... geen drama maar een extra douche steun/instap/uitstap steun aan de wand zou gelukkiger zijn. Nu heb je de neiging het handdoekenrek te pakken en dat zit niet zo stevig. Beddenverlichting/kamer verlichting ook prima. Ontbijt meer dan goed.
Bedieningsmijnheer bij het ontbijt is net iets te wakker en aanwezig. Zijn ritme en volume is anders dan het mijne om 9 uur 's ochtends.
Erg schoon en mooi + zwem en sportfaciliteiten en het uitzicht in de ontbijtruimte.
