Pros:

Chambres assez confortables, personnel aimable, l'aménagement est fonctionnel mais usé et pas très bien entretenu.

Cons:

Très bruyant, les trains qui circulent de nuit juste à côté du bâtiment font du bruit. Le premier soir où nous avons logé là-bas, on entendant de la musique électronique assez fort, provenant d'une fête ou d'une discothèque à proximité. Forte odeur dans le lobby. Tringle de la douche qui ne tenait plus. TV qui ne s'allumait pas.

A éviter si vous voulez une nuit paisible...
Pros:

Logement très propre, lits confortables.

Cons:

L'emplacement !!! Horrible, prévoyez vos boules quies... Nous étions côté voies ferrées, notre fenêtre de chambre au dessus des voies, photo ci dessous. Des trains toute la nuit ! Pour clôturer le tout festival de musique electro non loin du logement...la totale!

Grande appartamento vicino a ristoranti e supermercati
Pros:

L’appartamento è molto grande e accogliente, il personale gentilissimo. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per partecipare alla maratona di Milano, la partenza è molto vicina e ci si può arrivare a piedi. In struttura ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli, davvero comodo!

Excelente opción para alojarse en Milán.
Pros:

El lugar es sencillo pero super cómodo. La habitación es enorme, la cama es cómoda, la presión y temperatura del agua excelente.
La atención de todo el personal fue más que amable, llegamos tarde y nos ofrecieron pedir delivery de comida, es una opción que ofrece el lugar.
Se llega rapidísimo al centro en subte o tranvia, nosotros un día volvimos a pie desde el Duomo. El barrio es tranquilo.
Recomendable por precio y prestaciones!

Cons:

Podría tener microondas. Si bien tiene cocina no tenía fuente para horno, pero como solo estuvimos dos noches no sentimos la falta , tal vez para estadías más largas sea util. Al baño le faltó una alfombra para pisar al salir, pero sinceramente estuvimos cómodos en la residencia.

Pros:

До центра 30 мин пешком. Район тихий, безопасный. Номера чистые, просторные. Для четверых номер был двухкомнатный, кровати прекрасные! Большая ванная, горячая вода не кончается, смогли помыться 4 человека. Еще огромный плюс, заселили раньше 15:00, а после выселения разрешили оставить багаж
