Overall my stay was good
Pros:

I like how close it was to centre and train station it was lovely and clean

Cons:

Nothing to do with hotel but it was people being noisy when entering the hotel and going to rooms x

I feel completely ripped off and totally disappointed with this hotel and its staff. I recommend you dont stay here.
Pros:

Hugely overpriced, small shabby rooms, one of the 2 lifts were broken (we were on the 10th floor), the restaurant was unkempt, the food was inadequate and average, the staff seemed inattentive and disinterested and the manager took 3 days and 2 email attempts to reply to our complaints. We felt the experience was a total let down and would not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel especially reception staff Chris and Maria who been incredible helpful to me. Bedroom is nice only trouble is the air conditioning doesnt stay on all time. Tv doesn't work with all channels and the showers leaks everywhere breakfast is nice very closed to station and shops staying here 5 nights
