Easy access to city centre, easy check in
As we stayed on a Friday night I was awoken at 3am by roudy people staying in the room next door. Clearly it was a group as there was a lot of comings and goings. Big shame as the hotel is great.

The walls were extremely thin we could hear next door who were up until 1am also there were exchange students staying who were knocking on all the doors at 7am

Very close to the train station and to the Arena, for a show. Great location and very reasonable price. Exactly opposite a well known pub chain for breakfast too, which was great.
Very quick and easy check in and check out service. Very little interaction with staff, but the one we spoke to very briefly at check out, seemed fine and nice and pleasant.
The bed was rock hard and not comfortable at all, I would prefer a much softer mattress on the bed.
Bathroom was very clean and tidy, modern look to the room.
Too noisy, even with the windows closed and the curtains drawn. For a Saturday night in Cardiff the noise was horrendous. Emergency sirens going all night, until 03:00 in the morning. Screaming young girls on their nights' out. Couldn't get to sleep for the awful noise.
Staff were very friendly, room was lovely, bed comfortable and location was excellent and situated in the heart of Cardiff life, St Mary's Street.
The only dissapointment was breakfast. We went for breakfast at around 9am and at best it was cool, not hot and seemed like it had been on hold for a very long time. Think we could have done better going out for breakfast as the location of the hotel is surrounded by places where you can eat. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will most certainly stay again. Thank you.
