The room was clean and fresh the staff were friendly and willing to help no matter what the request was about.

Cons:

The shower was a bit hard to navigate and my daughter did struggle getting in and out of the bath tub as it was quite high as she suffers from lymphademia so maybe some bathrooms should easy access wash rooms with walk in showers?

Lovely breakfast,plenty of everything,we ate Tuesday afternoon and was served by a member of staff called Gina. Gina made us very welcome and is a asset to your team 🙂

Convenient and clean
Pros:

Location was great, views and checkin and out process.

Cons:

The air con blew hot air and it was not comfortable because of this. Very clean though. My partner booked a downgraded room, whereas we had the executive and to be honest I wish Id booked their room and paid the price they did. There's was perfect for the price and the air con was fab. The only difference with our upgraded room was the robes, fridge and coffee machine and honestly was not worth it.

An enjoyable stay in the centre of Cardiff!
Pros:

Location was good and the room was clean and modern.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower could have been better. The kettle was stored in the cupboard so it needed to be taken out of there and plugged in to make hot drinks.

Great stay
Pros:

The location is perfect. Right by the train station, and within 5 mins walk of the bar and nightlife we wanted to go to

Cons:

There's no parking, but that didn't bother me too much as I left my car at a friend's place about 20 mins walk away
