Pros:

We liked the newly renovated bathroom. The complex is huge, the staff is relatively nice, and everything looks quite clean.

Cons:

Our stay at the hotel had several issues that significantly affected our overall experience.
First, the room was very cold upon our arrival. It took several hours for the temperature to reach a comfortable level of 22 °C. Given the low initial temperature, the thin duvets provided were insufficient and did not offer adequate warmth during that time.
Additionally, the room had a persistent mouldy smell. Although the room itself appeared reasonably clean, the odor created an impression of poor hygiene and could not be eliminated during our stay.
The bathroom seemed recently renovated; however, whenever the water was turned on, a very strong chemical smell was released. This was particularly unpleasant and concerning.
Breakfast offered a wide selection of items, but unfortunately the overall quality of the food did not meet expectations. Furthermore, several chairs in the dining area were unstable and wobbly, which made the dining experience less comfortable.
We reported both the cold room and the chemical smell in the water to the reception. The staff sent a technical team, but the issue with the water was never resolved. We were advised to wait approximately 30 minutes for the smell to dissipate, yet even after two days the problem remained unchanged.
Overall, while there were some positive aspects, these issues significantly impacted the comfort and quality of our stay. We expected much more from Iberostar and such a "resort".

Superb
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and they even suggest not to park the car in the hotel parking for extra fee but to find free parking near the hotel. The breakfast and dinner were exceptional. The food was delicious, plenty of different options to choose from. The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable.

Cons:

At the dinner it was difficult to get attention from the waiters. We got only one drink because they didn’t come to us for an hour so we drank only one glass of wine. :)

Lo que más me gustó fue el desayuno muy bueno y organizamos zado

En la recepción recibí por parte del primer turno un poco de recelo casi racismo no querían atendernos pues somos nacionalizados pero mestizos casi no quisieron atendernos y nos dijeron que estaba lleno cuando en la web daba disponibilidad luego el turno siguiente fue más gentil y cortés y atendieron nuestra reserva
