Lovely, as always.
Pros:

Dinner on the evening of my stay was of a high standard. Beautiful food and catered for allergies too. Breakfast was very good too, plenty of choice and again, allergies catered for too.

Cons:

The Cocina restaurant is lovely but I think the lights are set a little too low and our table especially was very dark. I appreciate that low lighting creates a lovely ambience but, as I said, the lighting is set a tad too low in my humble opinion.

A Home Away From Home – Exceptional Stay at Casa Hotel.
Pros:

I had another wonderful stay at Casa Hotel and once again everything was perfect. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed.
The sauna and jacuzzi area is absolutely beautiful – such a relaxing and well-maintained space, perfect for switching off and unwinding.
What truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They are consistently warm, polite, professional and incredibly helpful. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and their positive energy really makes a difference.
And I have to mention the bed — I slept so well! It honestly felt like heaven. The room was comfortable, peaceful and spotless, which made the whole experience even more special.
This is by far my favourite hotel because it truly feels like home. Thank you again for such a welcoming and memorable stay. I can’t wait to return!

Wonderful experience
Pros:

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Inside the hotel is really nice, very clean with excellent customer service. The bar and restaurant were perfect for our stay.

We stayed here as part of a business trip and we will definitely return.

Best hotel I’ve staying in a long time especially the service we got all the staff were friendly.
Pros:

Perfectly position and with free parking. The hotel itself looked amazing and lived up to first impressions.
All the staff were amazing and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was dealt with a smile. From the reception to bar staff to cleaners I could not fault a single one.

Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff
Pros:

Amazing hotel with first class staff everyone one of them. Nice and modern and clean. The staff stood out for me. Will definitely stay here again and will go to one of the event nights that they do.

Overall great experience with minor issues
Pros:

We booked the private hot tub and sauna suite which did not disappoint. The downside was the noise of busy traffic and the view is not scenic at all with road and buildings.
The food at the restaurant was excellent. The service was a bit slow at times but it was valentines evening so it was nice to not be rushed out of the restaurant on a busy night.
The breakfast was ok but we expected better for what we paid. We ordered omelettes which took a very long time to arrive at our table and elements of the breakfast buffet were cold due to a broken heat lamp.

A high quality romantic evening
Pros:

We booked one of the suites for a romantic get away. The hotel was very stylish throughout, the room was very spacious and luxurious. We enjoyed both the bar and restaurant during our stay.

The restaurant was particularly good. The food was of a very high quality and £25 per head for the tapas I think was quite good value for money.
