A wonderful experience, LOVE THIS HOTEL!
Pros:

We booked this, last minute, for shopping at Meadowhall, never been here before and what a wonderful hotel, the staff are so welcoming, chatty, and friendly. The hotel itself is perfection, nothing could be improved. Breakfast was amazing, room was beautiful. The whole experience was flawless. I wish we could have stayed longer

Cons:

We did notice a woman smoking in the outdoor 'non smoking area' nobody notice but we could smell the smoke. She was not asked to move, she was just lucky, but this should be policed more.

Would have been much happier in a deluxe twin

The room was noisy overlooking the bypass
Bathroom was for disabled person it was only
room offered that was a twin dissapointing
Breakfast could be improved by refilling regularly
