Gym kit out of service yet again
Pros:

Cons:

Gym was out of service AGAIN & lifts out of service. Won’t stay here again. The management clearly don’t want to invest in the gym equipment and the cars racing in supermarket car park

Very good hotel
Pros:

Welcoming, helpful staff. Room clean and comfortable. Restaurant and bar staff very good. Breakfast was a buffet on the Sunday, but was cooked to order on Monday as a lot less guests. Very close to the centre.

A stay at a great hotel with warm ambiance, good food & comfortable rooms.
Pros:

The hotel has a very lively vibe and offers a great welcome. We loved dinner at the restaurant (three nights in a row) with fantastic food. Breakfast was good, during the week all fine but during the weekend very busy. The room was comfortable and the bed and bedding great.

Cons:

The windows are not fully sound proof and traffic noise can be heard. May be this can be solved by changing the seals.

Woken up by carpet layers above me.
Pros:

I booked a room at the Casa Hotel as a treat after being unwell and needing peace and relaxation. I had stayed before and enjoyed it. However on this occasion I was woken up by carpet layers on the floor above. When I complained I was offered a room upgrade next time I came if it was available. Checkout time is 11am and as I had been struggling to sleep I was looking forward to a lie in. In the circumstances a partial refund would have been appropriate and would have acknowledged a mistake on their behalf.

Excellent.
Pros:

The location are very convenient to M1 motorway and close to Sheffield and Derbyshire.Also convenient to shopping and close to chesterfield football ground.

Pros:

The disability room was very well catered and very good large area. The food at Broca bar was very good value. Had few charging points for electric car which ia unusual
