⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such a warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. The staff truly care about their guests and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.
The hotel has everything you need for a perfect family vacation. There is a fantastic kids’ club, a great outdoor playground, and three swimming pools, making it an excellent choice for families with children.
The rooms are spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay.
A special thank you to Constanca for the exceptional support, kindness, and warm welcome throughout our stay. Your professionalism and genuine care made our experience even more memorable.

Our second trip to this FANTASTIC hotel.
The hotel is modern, clean and the beds are absolutely huge! It is easy to walk into Cascais or grab an Uber.
But what makes this hotel truly special are the members of staff. From Luiza and her team on the front desk who are extremely welcoming and always there to help and advise to the lovely staff who serve an incredible breakfast with a smile and a genuine desire to ensure you have a wonderful stay.
The pool staff were great fun.
We look forward to returning to this outstanding hotel.
This is a really lovely hotel in a beautiful location in Cascais. You can walk easily to the seafront from it, or get an Uber if you want to go down to the Marina or elsewhere. The food is great - I particularly enjoyed breakfast, though the bar food and room service offerings were also good. The real standout of the hotel though is the staff. I had an initial problem with my room which Nuno (?) helped me with, and when that couldn’t easily be fixed Luiza found me an alternative room and the team helped me move without fuss. I should add that the rooms are lovely. Quite big and spacious, lots of nice light from the big balcony windows. I was in Cascais for work, but it was a great, relaxing environment to be staying in. Thanks to everyone.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. 5 STARS IN EVERY WAY. Super friendly staff. Warm reception. Perfect. We had the most relaxing enjoyable time. There is so much space everywhere. Our room was huge as was the bathroom and the balcony. The gym had everything and I used it daily for yoga and cardio. We loved the generous landscaped grounds and the outdoor pool. 1 of the 3 pools available. We watched the World Cup football with many of the the residents in the bar and all enjoyed the food. We took the discount deal for booking breakfast for the whole 4 night stay.... THIS IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. The breakfast is so good that you will want it everyday. Also the secluded location means that having a hearty breakfast before you leave the hotel is the wise thing to do. I hope to return before too long

Breakfast and rooms
Might be better if you put rooms for families together, my brother wasnt sleeping one night because of crying of a baby....and the coffee could be better, also from the machine in the breakfast room.

A localizacao e muito boa. Ha muitos espacos verdes propicios a grandes caminhadas q nos conduzem ao exterior e nos levam inclusivamente ate a Guia. A tranquilidade do local propicio ao descanso renovou as minhas energias.
We had a great time here again. Staff was very nice and supportive. Villa was lovely, service and breakfast very good. Area is beautiful, perfect for walking/jogging alongside the coast. Restaurant Monte Mar I highly recommend. We‘ll come back.

A beautiful resort that is private and great for families. The 2 bedroom suite was pretty spacious, the kids room was a bit small though. The washer/dryer in the suite was clutch since this was the end of our trip and we needed to do laundry badly.
Amenities:
4 pools on site. 3 of them are free. The one at the spa that’s heated w/a hot tub and sauna cost 5 euros per person which I wasn’t a fan of.
Kids club - costs 12.5 euros per child per hour. Again unfortunate that this isn’t free as other resorts we’ve stayed at included it in the stay.
Parking is free if you book a villa
Air conditioning is available in the villas
We ran into a couple of issues with our room: The downstairs lights stopped working overnight, the tv stopped working, and the toilet paper dispenser broke. The staff was very quick to come and fix the issues.
Also note that if you don’t book directly through IHG, you can’t earn points or use your status on site.
