Comfortable, modern hotel with great location!
Pros:

Brilliant location for tourists, it's a 1-min walk from Las Setas and you're 5 mins away from Plaza Duque. The hotel itself is quite difficult to find on the map and also on the street, but that's part of its charm. Room size was adequate, huge bathroom and friendly staff.

Cons:

My room was literally 2 yards away from the reception (on the same floor) and I could hear everyone talking at all hours of the day. There were also windows into my room so if I didn't have the shutters closed, people could see into it. I would've also liked some more space in the room - the bathroom was arguably bigger than the actual room itself. Also the shower leaked quite a lot.

Bellissima struttura. Pieno centro e posizione strategica. Pulitissimo. Gadget di benvenuto per il nostro cane. Piscina all’ultimo piano molto bella e curata con solarium adiacente

Cons:

La posizione rende le operazioni di scarico/ carico bagagli molto scomoda. I parcheggi non sono adiacenti all’hotel. Circa 10 minuti di cammino. Solo alcuni possono ospitare auto alte più di 1,90m

Pros:

É a segunda vez que fico neste hotel. A primeira experiência foi ótima, esta segunda não, e tudo tem a ver com a localização dos quartos.

Cons:

Fiquei num quarto no primeiro andar, com uma pequena janela virada para o páteo interior.
Às 8h ou mais cedo começou o barulho que vinha da sala dos pequeno almoço que está no àtrio.
Vozes, barulhos de pratos, conversas altas, um inferno. Não se consegue descansar.
No piso, barulho de esfregonas, passos a toda a hora e depois descobri com a roupeiro onde se vão abastecer de roupa ou produtos ficava mesmo ao lado do quarto.
Não descansei nada, não consegui dormir mais a partir das 7h por causa de tantos barulhos.
O pior, tinha pedido para ficar no quarto onde fiquei em Junho, mas ninguém me respondeu ao pedido ou quiz saber disso.
Assim percebo em definitivo que só poderei voltar a este hotel se me garantirem a estadia num quarto calmo, que existe, pois da outra vez correu muito bem.
