Pros:

El desayuno muy regular
La habitación es aceptable
El hotel bien ubicado en el centro de Buenos aires

Cons:

No me gustó el desayuno ya que no es a la mesa sino tipo bufet las medialunas no estaban frescas y los huevos solo eran cocido y estaban fríos
La cama tiene una lámpara muy incomoda en la parte superior y que uno se pega cua do se levanta
Aunque tendían la cama todos los días no barrian,no lavaban el baño ni cambiaban sábanas ni Toallas
Mejorar mantenimientos locativos de closet

muy tetrico, el tele no funcionaba ningún canal basicamente esta de decoracion la almohada de la habitacion parecia ya usada y no lavada. poca ventilacion y el lugar olia raro

Cons:

Reservé con 1 cama doble y me dieron 2 simples. El flexible del inodoro perdía, y en vez de arreglarlo o darnos otra habitación, prometieron informar a mantenimiento. La ventana del baño no cerraba. Tenía una dicroica colgando. La canilla del lavatorio, imposible de usar. El personal del check out no supo darme instrucciones para retirar el auto de la cochera.

Tive minha reserva cancelada. Me disseram que houve problema no cartão. Esclareci que fiz várias reservas e estranhamente somente do hotel milan tinha dado problema. Comecei a receber email de confirmação de reserva com nome de outra pessoa. Durante a viagem mantive contato com o hotel, confirmando que chegaria em 1h. A atendente me deu ok. Quando cheguei, minha reserva estava cancelada; consegui apenas um dia. Tive que procurar outro hotel em época de Carnaval, foi horrível, nem me ajudaram. Hotel Milan nunca mais!!
