Pros:

Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber. Es gab kostenloses Wasser,Tee und Kaffee. Das Bett war bequem. Das Frühstück gab es reichlich Auswahl. Für jeden was dabei.

Ich komme sehr gern wieder und werde künftig auf meine Zahlungen besser acht geben.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, leider funktionierte es mit dem Rein -und Rausfahren nicht reibungslos.
Ich zog ein anderes, neues Ticket welches mir auch hinzu zum + 48h Ticket in Rechnung gestellt worden ist. Das fand ich im nachhinein nicht korrekt. Ich habe leider keinen Rechnungsausdruck darüber angenommen, Pech für mich.

Ich komme sehr gern in Ihr Hotel, es ist sauber, ich schlafe sehr gut und was für mich sehr wichtug ist.
Das Frühstück, der Beginn meines Tages. Es ist hervorragend und ich kann mir Zeit lassen. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich, ein großes Geschenk, ich bedanke mich bei Allen. Freundliche Grüße Antje Brauner

Parkplatz zusätzliche Kosten...48 h Ticket ok, aber mein notwendig gezogene Ticket, da sas vorhandene nicht funktionierte zum reinfahren, welches mir zusätzlich in Rechnung gestellt wurde, ich hätte es wegschmeißen sollen und nicht ehrlich abzugeben. Ein fataler Fehler von mir. Ich bemerkte die zuviel Berechnung erst auf dem Heimweg.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein tolles, großes Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht und noch mehr. Es war absolut sauber, es gab Kaffee/Tee und Shampoo/Duschgel.
Eine Hosenbügelstation gab es auch.
Mir war die Matratze ein bisschen zu hart, aber meine Tochter fand es perfekt!

In der Preiskategorie gibt es bessere Alternativen in Hamburg.
Pros:

Die Lage ist für Reisende in Bergedorf ideal. Fußläufig zum Bahnhof und vis a vis des KörberHauses. Es gibt auch eine Parkgarage unter dem Haus, sollte man mit dem Pkw ankommen. Guter Kaffee. Vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

No go's: Spinnweben, abgefallener und nicht wieder angeklebter Schminkspiegel, Schimmel in der Dusche.
Weiteres Verbesserungspotential: Mein Zimmer (Nr. 330) lag direkt neben dem Aufzug, den man gehört hat. Wenn das Haus nicht ausgebucht ist würde ich diese Zimmer nicht belegen. Auch der Teppich im Zimmer (Teppich ist eh nicht mehr zeitgemäß) gehört ausgetauscht. Ein Topper auf dem Bett würde den Liegekomfort deutlich erhöhen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig. Bei der Qualität der Speisen gibt es Luft nach oben. z.B. Bio-Eier (hier leider nur Kat. 2) oder Säfte anstatt Granini - Zuckerwasser.
