Im Hochsommer nicht mehr
Pros:

Hotel an sich unverändert gut, aber bei der Hitze ohne Klimaanlage sehr schwierig .

Cons:

Keine Klimatisierung. Bei 40 Grad Aussentemperatur sehr schwierig.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr zentral gelegen. Tiefgarage sehr eng mit SUV und zu teuer.

Cons:

zur Zeit , Baustelle an Straße, morgens um 6.30 Uhr sehr laut. (LKW - Verkehr )

Property has a good location, we used ir as a short stopover, there are some restaurants nearby, and place for a evening walk.

Pros:

Breakfast, room, bed, bathroom, internet all fine. Location is 8 minutes walk from Bergedorf station with some closer bus stops (which I haven't used). Good for doing things in the south east of Hamburg and around, not so good for the centre or other parts of the city.

Cons:

The place doesn't have air conditioning, which may be a problem at some point in the age of global warming. When I was there it was bearable but that weren't the hottest days of the year.

Ein Hotel mit Licht und Schatten
Pros:

Die Größe des Zimmers mit seinem bodentiefen Fenster und der Markise sowie die Größe des Wannenbades war gut. Das Bett war groß und bequem. Und auch das Frühstück war außerordentlich überzeugend. Reichhaltig, vielfältig und qualitativ hochwertig.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war leider wenig freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eher hat man das Gefühl schnell abgefertigt zu werden. Außerdem fehlt eine Klimaanlage und Minibar. Am schwierigsten allerdings war der Zustand des Bades. Die Wanne und die Fliesen des Bades haben ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Zudem war die Duschabtrennung undicht, sodass nach dem Duschen das komplette Ba unter Wasser stand.

Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Es wurde immer darauf geachtet, dass alles zur Verfügung stand und in Ordnung war.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir am Tag sehr hohe Außentemperaturen (bis zu 35 Grad). Die Klimaanlage hat zwar funktioniert, war aber gefühlt zu schwach. Glücklicherweise lagen die Außentemperaturen unter 20 Grad, sodass wir das Hotelzimmer über Öffnung des Fensters auf angenehme Temperaturen herunterfahren konnten.

Prima Hotel für Stadt und Land
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut: vielfältig und lecker, bis zum Ende noch alles da.
Die Lage ist prima, ca. 10 min Fußweg zum Bahnhof und Fußgängerzone, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, sogar ein großer kostenloser Parkplatz nur 5 min zu Fuß. Aber auch das Parkhaus des Hotels ist gut. Am Bahnhof gibt es die Radstation mit Fahrradparkplstz und Fahrradverleih.
Mein Zimmer war geräumig und modern.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer hatte keinen Safe oder Kühlschrank, andere Zimmer der gleichen gebuchten Kategorie aber schon. Es wurde versucht mir ein anderes Zimmer mit Safe zu geben, ich blieb dann aber in meinem bisherigen Zimmer.
Die Zimmer im Hotel haben keine Klimaanlage. Das war aber vorher klar. Leider war mein Aufenthalt während einer Hitzewelle, wofür das Hotel natürlich nichts kann und es war schwierig, das Zimmer abends abzukühlen..
Die Halteverbotsschilder vor dem Hotel sollten um einen Hinweis ergänzt werden, dass Kurzzeit-Halten/Parken zum Ein-/Ausladen erlaubt ist.

Stadtnahe Erholungsmöglichkeit
Pros:

Früher Check-in war möglich. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Liegt direkt an der neuen Fahrradstrasse in die Bergedorfer Innenstadt.

Alles bestens
