Pros:

Lage gut, Frühstück sehr gut, Bett gut. Personal in Bar sehr freundlich.
Kaffee/Teezubehör vorhanden und auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Badezimmer. Toilettenartikel nicht fest, Dusche dringend renovierungsbedürftig.
Rechnung per Email erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage erhalten.
Von 2 Aufzügen einer defekt.
Fitnessraum verdient diese Bezeichnung nicht, sehr klein und minimalistisch ausgestattet und kaum zu finden.

Das Frühstück und das Restaurantteam

Cons:

Großflächige (Blut)flecken auf der Auslegeware, Klebereste an den heruntergekommenen Türen, zeitweise kein Warmwasser, nicht angeschlossener Fernseher, unfreundliches und nicht arbeitswilliges Personal an der Rezeption (permanent auf das eigene Handy fixiert); alle 3 Tage Zimmerreinigung ohne Hinweis! Auch nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Management, auch nach knapp 2 Wochen keine Reaktion

Wir sind hier nicht zum ersten Mal uns werden noch oft wiederkommen. Hier passt für uns einfach alles. Wünsche werdem berücksichtigt, nettes Personal mehr braucht man nicht.

Cons:

Hoher Zimmerpreis und dann waren noch Restaurant und Bar geschlossen, weil es eine externe Veranstaltung ( aber in anderen Räumen) gab. Da wird man zu Gästen zweiter Klasse degradiert.
Wer viel Geld verlangt, muss auch viel Service bieten!
