Pros:

Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstücksbüffet, sauberes Zimmer.

Cons:

Schon mehrmals haben wir die Aktualität der TV Programme, keine 3. Programme, fehlbelegte Sendeplätze usw. kritisiert. Eine Korrektur erfolgte bisher leider nicht.

Gelungener Aufenthalt in ansprechendem Hotel
Pros:

Gute Ausstattung, prima Frühstück. Tolle Lage um Hamburg mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erkunden (2 € pro Tag im P + R Parkhaus am Bhf Bergedorf, 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage an heißen Tagen, aber abends durchlüften ist ok.

Das Hotel hat uns mit seiner Qualität und Lage überzeugt, wir würden wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig, gut ausgestattet mit einer Kaffeemaschine und diversen Teebeutelsorten, Mineralwasser stand kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich reichhaltig, die Auswahl sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels mit fußläufiger Anbindung zur S-Bahn in die Hamburger City hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Der Teppichboden des Zimmers hätte eine Reinigung nötig.
