Cons:

Zu kritisieren hatten wir, dass nach einer Bitte um tägliches Wechseln der Handtücher, nichts geschah. Wir sind zur Krankenvertretung in Hamburg, die Arbeit ist schwierig und mit viel „Schmutz“ und Anstrengung verbunden. Deshalb ist ein tägliches Wechseln der Handtücher zwingend erforderlich. Bei der Abreise haben wir mit dem wirklich freundlichen Personal alles geklärt und hoffen, dass es in der kommenden Woche besser klappt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Das Haus macht einen guten Eindruck, der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und professionell. Das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Es war geräumig mit bequemen Betten. Zur Begrüßung eine kleine Wasserflasche pro Person.

Cons:

Ich bin kein Fan von Teppichboden im Zimmer. Der hatte ordentlich Flecken.

Gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal

Cons:

Es gibt renovierte und unrenovierte Zimmer. Dieses Mal hatte ich ein unrenoviertes und der Unterschied ist schon bemerkbar.
Die Parkplätze in der TG sind teilweise sehr eng, auch wenn man kein SUV fährt.

Wenig - einzig die Ruhe im Zimmer war befriedigend

Cons:

Sehr unprofessionelle Mitarbeiter an der Reception. Trotz Pre-Check-In über einen Bot musste alles im Hotel neu aufgenommen werden. Eine Erstellung der Rechnung beim Check-In war nicht möglich und man wurde auf den nächsten Morgen vertröstet. Beim Check-Out lag die Rechnung dennoch nicht vor und es dauerte erschreckend lange. Sehr unprofessionell und auch extrem langsam. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war extrem fleckig - insgesamt kein besonders schöner Eindruck. Ich würde hier definitiv nicht wieder übernachten.

grosse, saubere Zimmer, am Rande von Hamburg, ruhige Lage
Pros:

Ausreichend grosse, saubere Zimmer. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl an.
Rechtzeitiges Erscheinen ermöglicht natürlich die frischeste Auswahl.
Die Lage ist für einen Hamburgbesuch natürlich nicht so perfekt, aber um hier für größere Touren mit Bus oder Bahn zu starten ist es ideal, da man morgens nicht in einem Massenstau landet, wie oft in Hamburg City.
In ein paar Gehminuten kommt man ins Zentrum von Bergedorf und findet auch hier ausreichend Restaurants zum Essen.
