Ein tolles Hotel, in welchem wir nun zum 2.Mal waren. Sehr nettes Personal. Egal ob Rezeption, Restaurant oder die Zimmerdamen! Wir fühlen uns jedes Mal sehr wohl und kommen im Februar wieder.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht
Pros:

Vom Balkon des Hotels aus hatten wir einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge. Das Zimmer war groß, schön eingerichtet und das Bett bequem. Auch die Lage ist prima, da man zu Fuß ca. 7 Minuten in die Innenstadt braucht.

Cons:

Die Service-Leistung des Hotels passt nicht zum Preis.
Bevor wir am Hotel angekommen sind, habe ich drum gebeten, ob man uns eine kleine Flasche Prosecco in‘s Zimmer stellen könnte, die ich selbstverständlich bezahlen werde. Es war unser Jahrestag, wie ich geschrieben habe.
Diese Anfrage wurde nicht beantwortet und auch nicht ausgeführt.
In Hotels die 1/3 des Preises gekostet haben, habe ich bei solch einer Anfrage immer meinen Wunsch bekommen. Bei Geburtstagen wurde sogar ohne vorige Erwähnung auf die Geburtsdaten geschaut und ein Gläschen für beide ausgeschenkt (auf‘s Haus).

Am Empfang fragten wir die Empfangsdame, was diese im Hotelpreis inkludierten Dinge genau bedeuten (z.B. die Fahrt mit der Eckbauerbahn). Antwort des Personals „eine Fahrt zum Klinikum“ (es ist allerdings was ganz anderes….) Auf weitere Nachfragen bekamen wir nur die gleiche Antwort. Das ist kein Service der diesem Preissegment entspricht. Dann haben wir beim Wechsel der Handtücher keine Bodenmatte bekommen. Sie wurde uns nur genommen…
Beim Frühstück waren wir die einzigen Gäste, deren Tisch nicht gedeckt wurde. Als bei uns zum Teil dann das Geschirr abgeräumt wurde, wurde dies zwar vom Personal bemerkt, aber einfach unkommentiert gelassen. Weder wurde dann gedeckt, noch wurde sich entschuldigt.
Für einen Preis (inklusive Parken und Kurtaxe) von über 800€ für zwei Nächte erwarte ich einen gehobenen Service. Hotels für 1/3 des Preises schneiden deutlich besser ab.
