Fijn hotel
Pros:

Het was een fijne locatie, ook hebben we echt genoten van het eten, zowel ontbijt als diner.

Cons:

De kamer was enorm stoffig. Schoonmaken van je kamer vraag je aan, alleen is er alleen toiletartikelen aangevuld verder niks.

Prima hotel
Pros:

Nette ontvangst en snel geholpen. Uitleg over het ontbijt en dat we in het hotel konden dineren.
Onze kamers waren naast elkaar, wat fijn was (waren met z'n vieren). Badkamer wat klein (toilet net achter de deur), maar zag er netjes uit. Fijne bedden i.i.g. en het ontbijt was lekker, voor iedereen wat wils.

Cons:

Gratis parkeerplaats voor de deur was wel heel erg druk. Daar we zagen dat er meerdere auto's dubbel geparkeerd stonden, hebben wij dat ook gedaan (waar niemand last van had, maar was geen officiële parkeerplaats).

Wir haben schon mehrfach in den letzten Jahren im H+Hotel übernachtet. Unsere Hoffnung, dass der inzwischen "überalterte" Bodenbelag ersetzt worden wäre, hat sich nicht erfüllt. In unserem Zimmer befand sich ein zwar bearbeiteter, aber nicht bearbeitbarer Riesenfleck, den ich hier nicht näher beschreiben möchte. Das Zimmer sollte sofort geschlossen und erst nach einer Bodensanierung wieder geöffnet werden. Nächste Überraschung: "housekeeping on demand", d.h. der Zimmerservice findet nur statt, wenn der Kunde dies am Vortag per Internet angefordert hat. Aus den verfügbaren Hinweisen geht nicht hervor, ob der Service zusätzlich berechnet und auch das Badezimmer gesäubert wird. Beides wurde allerdings von den befragten Angestellten, die über unsere Beschwerden nicht überrascht schienen, bestätigt. Es entsteht der Eindruck, dass der neue Eigentümer ("Sunday Hotel") Personalkosten einsparen möchte, indem er in Indien übliche Regulierungen sehr forsch auf den europäischen Markt überträgt. Investitionen in bestehende Hotels sollten nicht zugunsten neuer Hotels zurückgestellt oder aufgegeben werden. Die im hauseigenen Fernsehen laufenden Hochglanzvorstellungen neuer Niederlassungen verstärken diesen Verdacht.
