Op booking wordt duidelijk vermeld dat er airco is ,deze is al 5 maanden stuk . Met de hittegolf heb ik dit zorgvuldig gecontroleerd welk hotel airco had . De kamertemperatuur was -+ 40 ‘

Pros:

Le parking gratuit et le petit déjeuner très copieux.

Cons:

Avec la canicule et comme par hasard l'air conditionné est en panne dans tous l'hôtel ! Encore plus bizarre, il fait bien frais à la réception ! J'avais réservé cet hôtel uniquement pour l'air conditionné... Pourquoi ne pas le signaler sur le site ? En plus on nous place dans une chambre sous le toit au dernier étage 😡
Je ne parle même pas du spa complètement délabré ou rien ne fonctionne même la porte du sauna ne ferme plus ! Enfin un hôtel à oublier et surtout à ne pas recommandé et peut-être à signaler sur les réseaux sociaux 🧐

Pour moi cet Hôtel ne mérite pas ses étoiles.

L'emplacement et le petit-déjeurner.

Cons:

La chambre ne disposait pas de climatisation. Or, lors de ma réservation, les photos de la chambre laissaient apparaître un climatiseur, ce qui ne m'a pas amené à vérifier davantage ce point. Compte tenu des fortes chaleurs actuelles, si j'avais su que la chambre n'était pas climatisée, je n'aurais pas choisi cet établissement.

Par ailleurs, sachant que la chambre ne bénéficiait pas de climatisation, il aurait été judicieux que le personnel ferme les rideaux avant mon arrivée afin de limiter l'exposition au soleil tout au long de la journée et d'éviter que la température à l'intérieur ne devienne particulièrement élevée.

Kahvaltısı dışında korkunç bir deneyimdi ve resepsiyonist çok kabaydı
Pros:

Kahvaltısı güzel ve doyurucuydu. Şehir merkezine uzak olduğu için sessiz, sakin ve ağaçlarla dolu bir yerdeydi. Hemen yanında bir AVM bulunuyordu.

Cons:

Öncelikle otel lobisinde klima çalışıyordu fakat odaların hiçbirinde klima çalışmıyordu ve bize bozuk olduğunu söylediler. Havanın yaklaşık 40 derece olduğu bir zamanda klimaları çalıştırmak yerine odalara vantilatör koymuşlardı. Oda halı ile kaplı olduğu için tüm mobilyalar kadar halılar da çok eskiydi ve kokuyordu. Odalar karanlıktı ve odalarda rahatça gezebilmek için terlik sağlamıyorlardı. Queen bed tercih etmemize rağmen bize iki ayrı baza verdiler ve bunu çözmek için bir şey yapmadılar. Resepsiyondaki esmer kadın çok kabaydı, bize isterseniz checkout yapın fakat size yardım edemem dedi. Odamızı değiştirmek yerine gelip iki bazayı birleştirdiler fakat arada bir boşluk kaldığı için eşimle beraber rahat uyuyamadık ve ortadaki boşluk bizi rahatsız etti. Olumlu yanı için bahsettiğim uzaklık bazıları için olumsuz olabilir; Dom'a geçmek için bir otobüse binip tramvay aktarması yapmanız ya da 20 dk yürüyüp tramvaya binmeniz gerekiyor. Yaklaşık 40 dk sürüyor.

In a cooler season, I would be happy to stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

We had a very nice two-room suite. The bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel has an underground parking garage. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not working, and as far as we understood, it was not working throughout the entire hotel. The outside temperature was over 30°C. The fan in the room helped a little, but it was no substitute for air conditioning.

Guests should be informed in advance when the air conditioning is not functioning, especially during such hot weather. We were unable to sleep properly because the room was extremely hot, even with the windows open.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war defekt. Uns konnte keine Ersatzzimmer zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Im Zimmer war es unerträglich warm. Ich habe gefühlt gar nicht geschlafen. Bei geöffnetem Fenster kam zwar etwas Luft herein, aber der Lärm der Hauptstraße war zu laut. Schade.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war wieder rop. Waren imMärz diesrn Jahres schon da. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Zimmer alles was man braucht ist da .

Cons:

Uns wurde nach betreten des Zimmers gesagt das die Klimaanlage komplett im ganzen Haus defekt ist. Über nacht knapp 30 Grad sa auch die Vorhänge offen waren. Morgens sind wir runter gekommen und sowohl die Rezeption sowie der Speiseraum waren bestens klimatisiert. Aber in den Zimmern war es immer noch defekt. Komisch ist das schon.
