Für zwei Tage Aufenthalt und Blick auf das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis, gerade so annehmbar.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war okay. Reichlich Auswahl und das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist insofern gut, als dass ein zentraler Busbahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Aber Richtung Köln ist es halt doch noch eine gewisse Entfernung.

Cons:

Man merkt dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist. Dies ist am Mobiliar im Zimmer teilweise ersichtlich. Obwohl grundsätzlich eine gute Sauberkeit herrschte. Aufgrund eines zentralen Defektes der Klimaanlage, mussten wir in einen Nebentrakt ausweichen, der nicht mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichbar war. Dies hieß, dass wir viele Treppen steigen mussten, gefühlt 15 Türen öffnen mussten und immer wieder mit Koffer und Gepäck durch die Türen mussten.
Unser Fenster war direkt oberhalb einer großen Kreuzung. Somit war, trotz geschlossenem Fenster, der Autoverkehr deutlich hörbar.

Es war schön
Pros:

Das Frühstück und das sie ohne zu Zögern und darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben das wir 20% von unserem Geld zurück erhalten weil es keine Klima gab .

Bei den Temperaturen äusserst problematisch ohne funktionierende Klimaanlage in dem Zimmer

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte zwar eine Klimaanlage aber diese funktionierte nicht. Als Bestätigung das es wohl seit längerem so ist stand eine Ventilator im Zimmer der natürliche bei weitem kein Ersatz ist für eine Klimaanlage. Man spürt das an den Zimmern seit längerem nicht viel gemacht worden ist.

Pros:

Het service personeel van het dinee zaal was uistekend voor lydia en de Indische jongen waren het beste van het hotel opzich als je kwam aangelopen werd je drinken al uitgereikt zo fijn en super

Cons:

Wij hadden op donderdag dinee
En je merkte het verschil in kok en dat was teleurstellend helemaal omdat de kok geen oplossing zocht maar zn service personeel uit eigen zak liet betalen zodat we tevreden waren

Gelukkig op dag van vertrek aangegeven en netjes opgelost

Immer wieder gerne das Hotel!
Pros:

Wie immer das Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
Die Klimaanlage war defekt.
Mir wurde sofort ein Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt und ich bekam 20% vom Zimmerpreis erstattet. Das ist Service!

I wouldn't stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

The staff welcomed us by saying the air conditioning is not working in the whole hotel. Now the question is why it is mentioned in the hotel facilities. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was AC. In addition, in 2 nights of our stay, we did not receive any room service. The rooms and equipment looked old and not so clean.
