Ein rundum schickes Hotel!
Pros:

Der Zugang zur Therme ist für mich das wichtigste! Einfach den Bademantel übergeworfen ab in die Therme!

Cons:

Ich frühstücke schon länger nicht mehr im Hotel, da die Musik dort sehr anstrengend ist!

Barfussgang zum Bad war super. Frühstück ok.

Sehr schön für eine Auszeit in der Therme.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Hotel-Restaurant und Frühstück. Man kann vom Hotel im Bademantel direkt in die Therme laufen. Es gibt ein regelrechtes Servicepaket, wenn man seinen Hund dabei hat - inkl. Snacks für den Vierbeiner.

Cons:

Wir hatten einmal kein warmes Wasser im Zimmer. Wir haben als Kompensation aber direkt die Kosten für den Thermenbesuch erlassen bekommen.

Alles im Allem ein top Hotel, das eine sehr schöne Lage über die Ostalb hat. Von dort kann man alles gut erreichen, und

Die Lage dort ist top. Leider ist zur Zeit der Hoteleigener Zugang zur Therme nicht möglich.

Cons:

Eine kleine tierische Sache, die ich an der Rezeption meldete. Es wurde umgehend danach geschaut.

Der Zugang zur Terme direkt übers Hotel ist nicht mehr möglich man muss im Bademantel über den Haupteingang 😬das Restaurant wird gerade renoviert 😬

Very good ,just a little management problems
Pros:

Nice beds, good room and warm by Central heating/no climate blowing/
Mineral water nearby, late check out normal price 10euro/hour
Good Parking free, walking nature paths around

Cons:

Connection to pools closed, house keeping a bit loud 14.00-16.00 can't sleep
Front office refused late check out saying fully booked,
next day another front office make us late check out 10 euro/per hour no problem
That was unbelievable German front officer didn't say the true

Parkplatz gut zugänglich, kein Lärm wie sonst immer, Thermenzugang ideal.

Cons:

Speisesaal erinnert an eine Gefängniskantine, Lobby wurde umfunktioniert, aber schlecht ausgeführt. Jeder schaut auf den Teller, Tische stehen zu eng beieinander. Buffet hat sich sehr verschlechtert, kein Kuchen, keine Croassont mehr, leider nur zwei Sorten Wurst und Käse, sehr sehr altes Obst, Brot war mind. Zwei Tage alt. Butter nur am Stück, nicht portionsweise. Am Tag war es nicht möglich, einen Kaffee zu bekommen, weil man die Maschine ausgeschaltet hatte. Das Zimmer war das allerletzte, im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Von der Größe eine bessere Abstellkammer, kein Wasserkocher, keine Tassen, keine normalen Handtücher, usw. Wir wahren jetzt das dritte Mal im hausry es hat sich extrem verschlechtert. Dazu kommt, das der Check in trotz Online ewig gedauert hat. Kritikwürdig auch die pampige Aussage der Empfangsdame zum fehlenden Wasserkocher. Alles in allem ein schwacher Auftritt für den Anspruch.
