Cons:

Dat je voor de hond 15 euro moet betalen.
Je krijgt daarvoor een matras voor de hond te leen en wat lekkers voor de hond.
Maar die lekkernij stelt niets voor.2 keer 3 kleine brokjes in een zakje. hap, slik, weg!!

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber.

Cons:

Das Personal ist freundlich jedoch nicht genügend geschult, sei es an der Rezeption (können leider nur ihrem vorgegebenen Prozess folgen) noch in der Gastronomie (Abrechnung schwierig, lange Wartezeiten obwohl nur 2 Tische besetzt sind)

Völlig enttäuschend - noch dazu ist das "Klientel" nach Hotelbesitzerwechsel ein ganz anderes

Es war unser Drittes und garantiert letztes Mal !!!!! Allen, die das Hotel von früher kennen rate ich DRINGEND von einem weiteren Aufenthalt ab !!!

Cons:

Siehe Email-Verkehr !!!! Absolute Frechheit, einfach den Bademantelzugang gesperrt zu halten ohne damals einen Hinweis im Internet darauf zu geben. Ein Entgegenkommen, weil wir mit unserem behinderten Kind NICHT das machen konnten, wie wir es von früher gewohnt waren, gibt es NICHT, noch nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sauberes Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefalllen und würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut, aber das fehlende Klimagerät und die Regelung für Hunde fanden wir

Alles war in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war gut, das Zimmer sauber und das Bett bequem. Allerdings gab es keine Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Das war für uns etwas merkwürdig – Hunde sind im Hotel erlaubt, aber nicht im Restaurant. Außerdem fehlte eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer.
