Pros:

Tolles historisches Gebäude, sehr nettes Personal und gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Matratze war durchgelegen, wurde während dem Aufenthalt getauscht, anschließend war es besser, die Matratze hätte dennoch härter sein können.
Das Badezimmer war sehr gut gereinigt durch das super freundliche Personal, dennoch hat es sehr nach Abfluss gerochen. Auf einem Stein die zur Wand im Badezimmer gehört war Schimmel.

Schönes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber,und schön eingerichtet. Lage war perfekt mitten in der Altstadt. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück war frisch und ausreichend, allerdings in einem anderen Gebäude. Vielleicht sollte man dies in der Beschreibung erwähnen. Für uns war das in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Check In ist an sich sehr unkompliziert wenn es richtig beschrieben wäre. Da wir sehr spät ankamen konnten wir niemanden fragen was die Sache etwas erschwert hat. Wenn man den ,,Schalter,, gefunden hat ist es sehr einfach. Sonst gibt's nicht zu beanstanden

Me encantaría repetir
Pros:

El estilo y la decoración muy bonito y acogedor. La chimenea eléctrica es un toque espectacular. Teníamos la habitación en una de las casitas vecinas al hotel que le da un toque íntimo y exclusivo. El restaurante sa mossegada muy bueno todo, el menú muy amplio y el personal muy bien.

Cons:

No nos gustó que no hubiera nadie en el chekin y tener que hacerlo en una máquina. Además no sabíamos la clave para abrir el restaurante en el desayuno, menos mal que ahí sí había alguien en recepción y que la recepción estaba justo en frente del restaurante.

Pros:

The location was good , and the breakfast in the restataunt was good

Cons:

The bed in our room was not in a good order, it needs replacing. I cannot belive that knowone else has complained. The bed sank in the middle and made it near on impossible to sleep. The self chexk in was a farce, it wouldnt recognise our ID papers , luckliy there was someone in reception who could check us in manually.
