Hotel Baden

Ich stand um 22h nachts vor verschlossenen Türen und Zimmern und hatte große Mühe, mein Zimmer zu beziehen, das
war verstärkt , zum einen weil der Akku meines Handys völlig leer war, zum anderen weil eine entscheidende Schlüssel-mail an die falsche E-Mail-Adresse von mir ging(ich habe zwei E-Mail-Adresse, eine auf dem PC und eine auf dem Handy)Meiner Meinung nach ist es ein Trugschluß, dass eine Mail-Nachricht die Rezeption völlig ersetzt,sie kann aus ver-
schiedenenGründen ins Leere gehen-

Leider kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer und nur fünf Parkplätze, daher sollte man unbedingt auch einen Parkplatz reservieren, wenn man einen braucht. Der Parkplatz ist auch nicht direkt am Haus, sondern einige Meter entfernt, aber man erreicht es gut.

Der einzige Vorteil dieses Hotels ist die Lage. Ich hatte ein Minizimmer im 3. Stock und ein sehr kleines Fenster, Lüftung gleich null. Nur die Dame beim sehr kargen Frühstück war ganz nett.

We had a bit of trouble getting in one evening. You have to enter a code and then turn a knob under the door handle to enter, but the job was very loose and wouldn't engage. However, after several tries and some muscle (!), we finally got in.

Nur als kleiner Tip, beim Dachfenster Jalousie zum Verdunkelt anbringen. Bei der Hitze ist es auch mit Ventilator kaum auszuhalten, da man das Fenster nicht zum Lüften aufmachen kann. Und die Treppe war für meiner 68 jährigen Mama eine Herausforderung, sehr steil.

On the 3rd floor, no elevator

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.

We arrived at the hotel at around 4:00 PM, and there was no one at reception. Before our arrival, we had contacted the hotel through Booking.com to ask about parking, and they confirmed that parking was available for 15 eur/day. Based on that, we decided to book.

We received an email explaining how to enter the building and where to find our room key. However, there was no information whatsoever about the parking. We checked the email several times to make sure we hadn't missed anything.

There was a phone number on the entrance door, and the same number was included in the email with a note saying they were available 24/7. We called that number over and over again—at least 50 times—between approximately 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Nobody answered a single call, and nobody called us back.

After a long drive with two young children, we suddenly had no idea where to leave our car. There were no available parking spaces nearby, so we had no choice but to drive away and spend several hours in the city while continuing to call the hotel. We never reached anyone.

The next morning, instead of apologizing, we received a rather rude email saying that "all the instructions were in the email." We checked again, and there was still no mention of parking. It felt like nobody cared about the situation we were left in. A simple answer to the phone or a callback would have solved everything in a minute.

The Wi-Fi was also very poor and unreliable.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Problems can happen anywhere, but what matters is how they are handled. Advertising a 24/7 contact number and then not answering for five hours, never calling back, and only replying to an email the next morning around 9:30 AM is simply unacceptable.

عندما حجزت الغرفه طلبت أن تكون الفاتورة على اسم Infas وليس على اسمي لم احصل على شيء
العاملين هم أصحاب مطعم وليسوا مهتمين كثيرا بالاوتيل
يصح تسميته نزل بسعر 30 يورو لليله بأقصى حد ولكن ليس اوتيل.

The staff at the reception was unfriendly.
